Looks like a copy of the F-15 Strike Eagle, which we've had around since the 1970s.

You are right. Russian is very generous, he gave China a Mig-49 protype in 1990, even though he did not have one for himself!! This is top secret, so do not tell anyone else!

I will say, They are just moving targets for F-15. So do not worry about it.
