It does seem his name has replaced the article "the" in the last ten years. His name seems to come up anytime anything important or suspicious is discussed.

He sounds like Satan incarnate. Which makes me more suspicious. Satan isn't big on screen shots or publicity.

Not to take anything from him. Demons and minions serve their purpose can yield a lot of power.
