Cloud UFO (Not the one from Garcia the Hoaxer)

Recently on ATS, I seen a video from a poster called Garcia that showed what looked like a cloud or trash bag floating near power lines.

This reminded me of a similar video I seen in 2011, it was from Russia, if it was CGI it was VERY convincing, but it does have hoax written on it.

Does anyone know what this is? Any idea if it was disprove, any graphical experts disprove it?

Hello, thanks for posting this, i got chills, because i have seen this with my own eyes, it was moving over a road,
and i remember it looked so weird with its cloud camo, and strange but steady movement.. What is it?
natural or unnatural? who knows.

It's a rocket. This sort of thing has been observed a bazillion times.

Very interesting OP! It has an orb in the center like Garcia's also did. Personally I am calling holographic orb tech. I'm sure they can turn into anything they please, I regularly see these and did once again yesterday.

Guys check out holographic orbs turning into planes on YouTube many ,many videos on that. IMO these are the same orbs that imitated planes on 9/11 (and were seen just beforehand) and this is our smoking gun pointing towards UFOs and the phenomena actually being Earth based!!

Who are they? Well not aliens exclusively, but quite possibly cro Magnons that branched off from humanity 30,000 years ago and went on to found Atlantis etc. They are the reptilian hybrids comprised of Aryan and reptoid genes,this is also where Rh negative blood line came from. So there you have it Cryptoterrestrials..

well I thought we proved the Garcia "hoax" was not the same Garcia
and therefore cannot be deemed 100% hoax ? And rockets that high up do
not drift horizontally like this from a ground cameras perspective.
It would have stayed in relatively the same area in the sky.
This one moves to the right WAY too fast to be heading
to low orbit. If you watch a shuttle launch from the ground the rocket does not
move horizontally like this. I'm not saying Alien UFO etc, I'm just pointing
out a discrepancy.

This is not a cloud UFO.

This video was posted on ATS a long time ago..can't find the link but I do remember the thread.

In the thread, it was concluded that this was a test rocket...and the angle of the trajectory was such that it gave the rocket an omnimous glow from the smoke of the burning fuel.
