Uhhh... I don’t get it. What’s the point here? ...

Oh wait - I get it now! This isn’t on the merits of the nuclear deal with Iran, or the understandable distrust that Khamenei and some of his followers have for the U.S. and it’s intentions/agenda. This is another delusional “I hate Obama” bashfest. I guess the thread title kinda threw me off-track there for a minute. Duh...

OK, now that I know what’s expected of me, all I have to say is, “God forbid this black man have any success while in office”. It’s obvious this whole nuclear deal was just another one of Obama’s diabolical schemes to finagle some recognition for an otherwise horribly failed tenure as President. The fact that he somehow duped Britain, China, France, Germany and Russia into this fiasco is proof-positive that he’s the Master of Deception. Some insiders even claim Obama is the Anti-Christ. Seriously, it’s time to be scared, folks. VERY SCARED. And beside all that, anyone with a brain knows that Obama has no right to a legacy, and should be banned from any recognition or mention in future history books.

Despite all the unseamly facts listed above, there’s no need to lose the faith yet, fellow Republicans. There is a glimmer of hope. Just because Obama has most of the world eating out of his deceiptful, self-serving, grimy little mits doesn’t mean he’s won this war yet. It just so happens we have the x-factor, and ultimate deal-killer, in our back pocket. Obama, and the rest of the world, is on a direct collision course with the almighty, omnipotent forces of Netanyahu and the U.S. Congress! And we all know what a formidable force that is! We consider it our preordained, holy mission to shake the rest of the world to it’s senses and show them the error of their ways. Any fool knows that a deal to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons in Iran, including unimpeded inspections by the IAEA, will obviously result in Iran stepping on the gas and exponentially accelerating their development of the bomb. Obama has muddied the waters so much, though, that he has blinded the world powers to this most obvious consequence. And to think he’s doing this simply as a last ditch effort to wave his own commie, fascist flag and create a legacy where there’s none deserved. It’s appalling!! Not to speak of un-American and antiSemitic!

Sorry to burst any bubbles out there, people, but the aforementioned happens to be well-documented, proven facts. Not only has it been verified by the expert anchors and analysts on the Fox News staff, but was recently formally confirmed by Donald Trump. So now you can jump up and down and scream all you want, Leftie, Socialist Chumps, but facts are facts.

Another well known fact is that diplomacy is for pansies. We could all learn a lot from our good friend Mr. Netanyahu, you know. We don’t want no stinking wussy diplomacy!

So let’s stop this fascist Obama lovefest with the Axis of Evil, and kill the Iran Nuclear Deal NOW! It’s time we showed the world what a little Red, White & Blue love looks like, and shove Ol’ Glory up Obama’s Lyin’ ---!!

God Bless America!

There will be no more diplomacy attempts after Iran blows this final one. This broken deal will be the final nail in the coffin for any more of this peace in our time buffoonery down the unicorn lined path of appeasement.

You hit the nail on the head there.

no one on this site gives a damn about facts, what was said, how it was said or the idea of the agreement.

As long as they can criticize Obama they'll be here to dig their boots in too.

to be clear on a few things

The ''inspectors'' have 0 to do with weapons, weapons research or weapons creation. They inspect the nuclear facilities only. Its the intelligence agencies role to investigate the weapons.

looking at the article

Ayatollah Khamenei told supporters on Saturday that U.S. policies in the region were "180 degrees" opposed to Iran's, at a speech in a Tehran mosque punctuated by chants of "Death to America" and "Death to Israel".
"Even after this deal our policy toward the arrogant U.S. will not change," Khamenei said.

Isn't this fair enough?
After the disgusting (and illegal) invasion of Iraq, the ousting of Saddam, Gaddafi and attempts to oust Assad. After the sunni vs Shiite war in Iraq, the assistance to Israel and the lack of effort against ISIS.. Id say its a fair enough comment for anyone to say:

U.S. policies in the region were "180 degrees" opposed to

because frankly, the way the US has been going in the middle east is horrible and they should be brought up on war crimes.

No matter how you look at it the leadership in Iran are religious extremist, and we kind of have a glimpse of what that meaning in the Middle East represents. To be honest, Iran only has enemies that they create and use as their motivation for power. To minimize the bogyman would mean they could lose their power, but I think the general educated population of Iran are more moderate than what many might think, but you can't be moderate in Iran without being against those in power.

Have you heard of twin Pillars policy : U.S. policy to promote Iran and Saudi Arabia as local guardians of U.S. interests in the Persian Gulf region.
www.encyclopedia.com...

Carter wnet to Iran and said : """Iran, because of the great leadership of the Shah (King), is an island of stability in one of the more troubled areas of the world."""
www.presidency.ucsb.edu...

Only one year after that an odd revolution happened in Iran ! One of the two pillars (kingdom of Iran) collapsed. And nowadays the other pillar (kingdom of Saudi) is becoming looser and looser, this is why the rulers of USA are striving desperately in the middle east.

Nuclear propaganda was only a tool for putting pressure on Iran. Now they should get out of this issue by assuring that Iran can never make a Nuke. This is not the end of story their problem is not a Nuke in Iran. Their problem is Iran's influence in Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, ......
They have two solutions :
1- crushing Iran.
2- buy time for a better solution.

It is not easy to crush Iran, because Israel and other allies may get into danger. So the only solution is to buy time, maybe a good opportunity emerges from within Iran itself. Regim change and such things. Just maybe.

This is about inspecting Iran's nuclear sites. A nuclear site is a nuclear site which would be a facility with the ability to produce nuclear weapons.

Heck Russians can come inspect where my husband works on no notice here in the US, and he's in biotech, but then so does everyone else in the world.

Maybe your point is about inspecting nuclear sites, while Khamenei's point is that there won't be any inspection in military bases. You are talking about something that isn't what I was talking about, i.e. that part of the deal would include inspecting "suspicious" sites.

Iran will be required to grant access to the IAEA to investigate suspicious sites or allegations of a covert enrichment facility, conversion facility, centrifuge production facility, or yellowcake production facility anywhere in the country.

Iran will implement an agreed set of measures to address the IAEA’s concerns regarding the Possible Military Dimensions (PMD) of its program.

Source

These are the points I was talking about and what Khamenei was referring to.
He also expressed concerns for the long therms of the agreement because it will cripple Iran's nuclear production capabilities. So the deal is like: you go back 20 years in nuclear development and we will MAYBE lift sanction, assuming the inspectors will have access to anything they want (who decides about "suspicious" facilities?).

This isn't a deal, it's a trap and I wonder whatever other sovereign country would ever accept that. I guess it's desperation that made them take something unacceptable for every other country (based on nothing but ramblings since it's 30 years that they should have atomic bombs).
And as you know, nukes aren't made to remain secret. They are made to be publicly known as a retaliation.
So it doesn't make sense to suspect Iran of doing anything nuclear to harm anyone else, because it's a suicide.

Not sure if I cleared my point for you, however you didn't tell me if any other country admits inspectors in their military sites on the base of "suspicion".

I would not trust any man that has no problem killing women and children in 1978, to gain power over a country...

Ali Khamenei, you trust words from this man's mouth, you may want to see who his company was Ruhollah Khomeini...

Hence, the word ayatollah... This guy supported and has blood on his hands from 1979, children and women's blood.. I am not going to hijack this thread to teach history, BUT I think the problem, with our current government, and civilians, is most of them do not care about history, and what history has taught us...

The Ayatollah's Ideology, is the same as it was in 1979...

I have no idea what the Obama regime, is dreaming of in Iran, I suppose when the USA, has a weak foreign policy and weak diplomats we get most fatuous agreements with terrorist states...

I hope you are joking. Every single president of the USA is responsible of the death of children and women. Well probably nearly every top politician in the last millenia has, it just happens that USA's ones are the king of the hill since at least 60 years.

Ayatollah Khomeini once said " People say: Don't lie! But the principle is different when we serve the will of Allah. He taught man to lie so that we can save ourselves at moments of difficulty and confuse our enemies. Should we remain truthful at the cost of defeat and danger to the Faith. We say not. " Quoted from Taheri, Holy Terror p. 24

Should we trust them?
