Are these pictures proof that Kim Jong-un is making ANTHRAX?

Well it seems little Kim is at it again , this time dropping hints that he has the ability to develop anthrax .

Official pictures released by North Korea proves that the rogue state has the equipment and ingredients necessary to create anthrax on a military scale, claims a U.S. researcher.

Deliberate slip? Kim Jong-un touring the Pyongyang Bio-Technical Insistute, released to state-run media last month. The fermenter shown alongside the North Korean leader (circled, left) features on the Australia Groups' 'dual-use' list, as equipment that can be used in the creation of harmless and harmful products

The article goes on to show other equipment that could be used in the production of anthrax .

Illicit equipment: Just two days before North Korea released the photographs, allegedly intended to let the world know that it can produce bio-weapons, the nation accused the U.S. of 'biological warfare schemes'. The factory is full of illicitly-acquired equipment and ingredients, breaking numerous international restrictions. i guess anything is possible.
but i doubt that he or any one involved in such activity would allow a camera within a hundred miles of the facility making such weapons.

Ah Kim, Kim, Kim...the only fat bloke in NK.

To be fair though...even a Human being could realistically be added to that 'dual-use' list when you think about it.

So too could almost any industrial machinery or equipment.

Judging by the slop dribbling down the sides of that fermenter, if they were messing around with anthrax or something similar, they'd be wearing a lot more than a white coat and a hair net.

That is really common run of the mill fermentation and down stream equipment.

Not really proof of anything. If North Korea has any even basic Pharmaceutical infrastructure or even Yogurt production faclities they will have that equipment.


To call it illicit is stupid as If I had a few hundred thousand dollers I could purchase it.


Now does North Korea have Biological weapons? Extremely likely as defectors claim they have a extensive program.


These pictures though? Our Fat little dear leader is likely just visiting his favorite Yogurt and cream factory.

N.K already have a semi functional nuclear arsenal at there disposal so to be honest its hardly an astonishing leap to think they could create or duplicate a 1940s bio weapon that's is susceptible to antibiotics.

Any half decent microbiologist could have told those journalists that equipment was bog standard fermentation equipment you can find anywhere.

Actually if all the equipment is banned then that is pretty sad.

We laugh that NK cant feed its people and that its medical facilities are dismal. But if such basic equipment is banned then no wonder NK is in such a dismal state.

The pictures look like a large brewery to me. You wouldn't need so many fermenters that large to produce anthrax.

The equipment as I said is common and interchangble.
