I got lazy. I usually braise them with some root vegetables and a nice Barolo.

... and it demands a stronger treatment. Something like a wooden spit over an open fire.

Personally, I don't think I'd be standing out in the open operating this thing....the chances of a mechanical mishap and misfire are just WAY too good here.
