So this guy didnt realize this woman had no clothes under her towel after she tells him she just stepped out of the shower......hmmmm hes either a really really dumb sob or he is nothing but a pervert.....

That is bad, but in reality, not the worst part.

ILLEGALLY breaking in to her home in the first place, then attempting to arrest her for recording in her own home is.

We're all naked under our clothes, we all have a Human body...it's a dodgy situation to be sure, and somewhat embarrassing for the Lady involved, but it doesn't come close IMO to the outrage he committed to actually be standing there in the first place.

Apart from being a bent, pervy cop, he sounds like he's going senile if he thought he could ever have made any of it stick.

I would bet he has done some "dodgy stuff" many times before this one, this time he was caught and most likely because he was getting complacent.......

Yeah, no doubt.

Either way, another creep unfit to wear the uniform and bear the responsibility of the job off the streets..so it's a win in the end.

Well, since he's retired, she needs to file a civil suit. That sort of behavior isn't excusable.

What kind of scum follows a woman in, when she's in a towel, and won't allow her to dress first, for a verbal argument, that is already over?
