Well, I'm not sure if this book has been covered on ATS, but here we go...

First published Jan. 1st, 1990, Author A. Ralph Epperson

I have to admit I've only read two chapters thus far but felt the need to get this out there. And yes, Pat Robertson is involved in the book...

So far I've found some interesting insight into what was/is to come.

An excerpt from the forward-

The old world is coming to an end. It will be replaced with a new way of doing things.
The new world will be called the "New World Order."

This new structuring will re-distribute property from the "have" nations and will give it to the "have- not" nations.
The New World Order will include changes in:

The Family:

homosexual marriages will be legalized, parents will not be allowed to raise their children (the state will) all women will be employed by the state and not allowed to be "homemakers", divorce will become ex- ceedingly easy and monogynous marriage will be slowly phased out,

The Workplace:

the government will become the owner of all of the factors of production, the private ownership of property will be outlawed,

Religion:

religion will be outlawed and believers will be either eliminated or imprisoned, there will be a new religion: the worship of man and his mind, all will believe in the new religion.

And another interesting gem from a supposed visit of Aleister Crowley to the Great Pyramid-

"In April, 1904 an English Buddhist named Aleis- ter Crowley visited Cairo ....

Rose Edith Crowley, his wife, asked her husband to perform a magical ritual .... He obeyed by saying
the prayer of invocation to Horus, the sun-god. He later claimed that a being appeared to him within that hour and announced to him that the old age was passing away, and a New Age was dawning.

Also revealed to Crowley was that the religion of the New Age could not take its place until the old
religion (presumably Christianity) was smashed."

So, please read and let me know your thoughts on a book written over twenty-five years ago.

I looked at it, but didn't find any new info.

While still in high school I happen to find a
book by H.G. Wells with the title:

The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a New World Order

The title and subtitle changed over time, but this
book was published in 1928. Here is the Wikipedia
link and quote: en.wikipedia.org...

The Open Conspiracy: Blue Prints for a World Revolution was published in 1928 by H. G. Wells, when he was 62 years old. It was revised and expanded in 1930 with the additional subtitle A Second Version of This Faith of a Modern Man Made More Explicit and Plain. In 1931 a further revised edition appeared titled What Are We to Do with Our Lives? A final version appeared in 1933 under its original title.

After reading this, I also read:

The Aquarian Conspiracy: Personal and Social Transformation in Our Time

Called "an exciting vision of the future” (Cleveland Plain Dealer), “a handbook of the New Age” (USA Today), and “a new charter of human possibility” (Norman Cousins) upon its initial publication in 1980, The Aquarian Conspiracy is a breathtaking, compelling study of the changes in work, relationships, medicine, religion, education, and more that comprised the birth of the New Age movement.

An influence on thinkers from Deepak Chopra to Al Gore, The Aquarian Conspiracy remains a thorough, detailed classic of contemporary thought—an impeccable document that traces one of the most powerful cultural movements of our age

After putting these two ideas together, I think
I had a good idea what the agenda was as early
as 1986.

Jack Parsons 'prophesied' it too. He even did a sex ritual with L. Ron Hubbard to bring it on. Some even say "UFOs" flew out of the subsequent rip in the "Veil."---as in THAT's where they come from. 1946 or '47 I think. That's basically what Parsons claimed, too, and he was a also what we might call a "contactee." Creepy anyway.

The present age is under the influence of the force called, in magical terminology, Horus. This force relates to fire, Mars, and the sun, that is, to power, violence, and energy. It also relates to a child, being innocent (i.e. undifferentiated).

Its manifestations may be noted in the destruction of old institutions and ideas, the discovery and liberation of new energies, and the trend towards power governments, war, homosexuality, infantilism, and schizophrenia.

This force is completely blind, depending upon the men and women in whom it manifests and who guide it. Obviously, its guidance now tends towards catastrophe.

The catastrophic trend is due to our lack of understanding of our own natures. The hidden lusts, fears, and hatreds resulting from the warping of the love urge, which underly the natures of all Western peoples, have taken a homicidal and suicidal direction.

This impasse is broken by the incarnation of another sort of force, called BABALON. The nature of this force relates to love, understanding, and dionysian freedom, and is the necessary counterbalance or correspondence to the manifestation of Horus.

It is indicated that this force is actually incarnate in some living woman, as the result of the described magical operation….

It's the same general packaging of fears that evangelists have been talking about for decades. Basically, they see what's inevitable and then wrap it up in fearful victimy language.

I welcome most of those changes. What people who fear this are actually afraid of is not being dominant. Nobody is going to "wipe out" Christianity nor make it illegal but, to a fundamentalist's martyr fantasy perspective, enforcing civil rights is considered an attack on their right to discriminate. Just like they fear women in the workplace or government stepping in to protect the rights of children.

I could rewrite a book like that and include every prediction but make it sound extremely positive. It's all in the packaging.

In fact... I'm gonna try. Here's the excerpt you posted without the fearful negative spin:

The old world is finally coming to an end. It will be replaced with a new way of doing things.
The new world will be free from the "Old World Order".

This new structuring will fairly assess assets from the "have" nations and will allocate it to the "have- not" nations in order to fix world hunger, poverty, and health issues.
The New World Order will include changes in:

The Family:

The constitution will be recognized and all couples can legally get married, children will be protected from abusive homes, women will be more accepted in government positions and "homemaking" won't be forced upon them, divorce will involve less bureaucracy and couples will be more open with their relationships.

The Workplace:

The government will become more involved in nationalizing certain resources and will become instruments of public service. Attempts to privatize public resources will be met with steep competition.

Religion:

Religion will be expanded and the illusion of a state religion will finally be lifted. Science will be given more respect in most circles and mythology will have less and less power to suppress others.

See? Same predictions but I made it sound awesome.

That wasn't my point. My point was that these are the general expectations of the future that people have had for decades. The difference is when evangelists (and friends) get hold of them and spin them into a martyrdom doom fantasy where they can make themselves sound like persecuted heroes when, really, it's the inevitable future where society stops putting up with their dogmatic oppression and theocracy.

It's been the same direction we've headed for ages. As time moves forward, we try to improve things. We used to blame poor crops on gods and witches (well now it's Satan and gays) and now we know how weather works. Etc, etc.
But the people who still want to hold on to the power that those myths possess, this forward growth will seem threatening.

A bigger, badder government is how I see it.

I don't see any freedom coming of government ownership of all things- that's just going back to the kings of old.

Funny, I don't recall getting the memo asking if I was OK for elite bloodlines to implement this New World Order that finalizes total population control and implementation of state-sanctioned living only. Who has decided that this is the way forward?

Sounds and reads like a communist manifesto, although if they give me a seat at the decision-making table then I will be OK with it as I will avoid the negative fall-out that will ensue between the "haves" and the 'Have-nots" (see what I did there?), but I guess you have to be born into the right family before you are given a place at that table.

#### the New World Order written by the "few" to laud over the "many".

I'm curious why you mention that Pat Robertson is mentioned in the book. I have a copy of Robertson's book of the exact same title that he published in 1991, later than Epperson's. I'm not a real following of Robertson's stuff but snagged it at a yard sale. I was surprised by the amount of detail about the NWO that he provides. Could it be that he had some arrangement with Epperson to use some of his material?

It will have sort of a religious bent to it to get it sold as religions of the old-fashioned God are replaced with basically the exact same thing but with UFO overlords being in charge. There is a rush on to get things moving. That guy Obama is going full out to get his share of the business done in anyway he can. Is it just for his legacy and/or because the ticket for change has an expiration date? I suspect human existence is in the balance and the balance isn't in its favor.

That book was surprisingly accurate. In order for the powers that be to control the population they need to eliminate the family structure, morality and belief in a higher power. Frankly, I don't want to live in that world so they should feel free to 'eliminate' me. I don't value life more than my freedom.

The Family: homosexual marriages will be legalized, parents will not be allowed to raise their children (the state will) all women will be employed by the state and not allowed to be "homemakers", divorce will become ex- ceedingly easy and monogynous marriage will be slowly phased out,

As somewhat Libertarian leaning I take the US Libertarian stance on Gay Marriage to say I support it. I don't view it as a NWO issue as much.

Sterilizing through foods, water sources, ect, might be a bigger plan to reduce population growth but that looks like it's already taking care of itself in First World Countries/the working class where they have less children. I believe plans are to spread that throughout the second world countries and so forth in conjunction with ones that already have child restrictions in place.

I think here are other social issues causing the breakdown of heterosexual marries/monogamous marriage, not due to homosexual marriage at all(controversial and maybe another thread in itself), NWO influenced at least some or not.

The Workplace: the government will become the owner of all of the factors of production, the private ownership of property will be outlawed,

Corporatocracy- The government and politicians bought and paid for by the corporations.
Workplace-Industry being owned by the few- for example, there's eight big factory farms in the US.
TPP.

Property ownership-Agenda21 will be talked of more with year with the global seminar including Sustainable Development.

Religion: religion will be outlawed and believers will be either eliminated or imprisoned, there will be a new religion: the worship of man and his mind, all will believe in the new religion.

Wouldn't apply to Satanism, as discussed throughout the book, if religious -thelemic magic and not LeVayan?

Other topics included in the book:
Education: Homeschooling is harder and harder for people to choice to use instead of public schooling. Then there's the issue of Common Core and the "Dumbing Down of America".

Nationalism: Proclaimed patriots have an ongoing bad name with some sentiments hyped by the media.
Questioning and actions against flags as we see now.
Maybe add in the Real ID concern at a state-nationalism level, which is covered in most states now and in states that do not comply there is to be restriction on ravel of those state citizens not having the real ID license.

Bush(in particular): Another one running for president.

What ppl don't realize is that they are just following Platos republic to try to bring out a utopian society. Plato said it couldn't be done. But, that's the exact prescription. Children are raised by the state, they are segregated into bronze, silver, and gold classes based on intelligence, and everyone is ruled by the philosopher kings.
en.m.wikipedia.org...(Plato)

It all world out perfect until the philosopher king kills himself because he alone knows all of the worlds sadness.  That's what the book the giver is about.

Got this one. trying to find Epperson's other book "The Unseen Hand." Found it...hilarious. One of my biggest complints is the fact he'll quote a book or article...usually out of context..then say it's "proof" of that chapter's particular vision of doom. Typical Evangelical doom porn.

The reason I mentioned Pat Robertson is to get that out there first. He's made some crazy remarks the last few years, the debunker squad will poo-poo the whole premise if not stated from the get-go...

It is obvious that there is an organisation behind the global destruction of western values etc. Hopefully they will be outed soon and the real and good world order will resume.
