I've been to BC Canada

It used to be a nice place, they had a huge mining spill that ruined an extraordinary lake, that connects to many waterways and rivers

Mount Polley tailings pond broke and spilled 10.6 million cubic metres of water, 7.3 million cubic metres of tailings and 6.5 million cubic metres of interstitial water laden with toxic arsenic, nickel and lead into B.C. waterways.

And if that wasn't enough, now they are gonna frack the BC

www.calgaryherald.com...

Are Canadians gonna grow some bal*s and do something about it

Gosh, I can't wait to get into the water bottle business. "fresh from the land of sky blue waters",Canadian water for you in the land of the Yellow River, China. I wonder which water they'll chose.

There's been fracking in BC for years without any problems.

It's so sad, for real. I can only laugh to myself with a touch of insanity. I grew up on the Mississippi River and left in the area in 71. Returned about 7 years ago only to find perch, carp and even crappies deformed at lock and dam 14. So sad that our elected politicians are so mentally retarded these days. Yes, I'm very serious when I say that. They are fkn retarded idiots to allow contamination of our waterways and underground water supply. An example of this is "landfills" near wells. I just don't have the words to continue here...

That's because so far it was done on very small scale,

BC is big you know, people don't notice small stuff.

You know I am almost afraid to say this but I think it will get to the point where only bullets will talk, not votes.

Having tasted Canadian beer I am forced to ask how you guys would notice?

Why do you think so many Americans don't care.

I think they are doped up on food chemicals. An example is: Pringles potato chips. American ones when I tasted them gave me a high, Japanese ones don't do that.

And the reason it hasn't harmed Alberta is they are on strong plates. We are loaded with fault lines, volacanos and the ground water issue is also very important because fracking contaminates, and destroys ground water and uses a lot.

SO NOT HAPPENING.

HE CAN SHOVE HIS DEAL AND TURN HIMSELF HIM FOR COMMITTING OR INTENDING TO COMMIT CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

Ive only lived in bc for 13 years now, the place is a treasure of beauty, but yea there always these incidents that are killing the wildlife, us canadians should be ashamed at how we let big money and our politicians sell our beautiful land.

I've heard of one major incident in some time.... and the major incident wasn't that major because those tailings are pretty dilute in our water ways... This is a mighty big province... bigger than any US state.
