How did this movie get funding?

I say the same thing about every movie the SYFY channel shows.

Watch a few of the old classics to see far American film has fallen.

Same way films like "Rubber" get made I suppose.

People with too much money give it to idiots in film school who think they are the next big thing, when really, they should likely be in a padded cell.

I still haven't seen Sharknado, though. I really thought it wasn't real when it first came out and everyone was talking about it. I really thought it was a joke(no pun intended) that went viral. Turns out it was real and I missed it.

There were actually two Sharknado movies, and the third comes on tomorrow night (Wed).

Rubber though, is unwatchable, in my opinion. Should find it on Netflix. Sharknado also.
