not necessary but once these colliders start interference with magnetic field via electromagnetic occurrence caused by the colliding we have no idea where and what it will affect. this is the problem with using such units without full knowledge of how it is going to affect the environment.

They require EPA studies for housing project but none were done for these except for local species displacement nothing about long term affects on the planet

The problem with this theory is that the experts say it isn't disease (identifiable) or pollution - that rules out Deepwater Horizon.

One thing is for sure, it is certainly intriguing.

I agree. Such uncertainty.

All the magnets on the LHC are electromagnets. The main dipoles generate powerful 8.4 tesla magnetic fields – more than 100,000 times more powerful than the Earth’s magnetic field. The electromagnets use a current of 11,850 amperes to produce the field, and a superconducting coil allows the high currents to flow without losing any energy to electrical resistance.

Yeah...I don't get it. Sometimes I wish ATS had a clause where, if a member claims it is something, they have to post a pic of their credentials in the particular area of study.

While I love to let my mind wander, I can't discount what a large group of specialists in a very small area of study conclude.

I mean we have biologists from around the country and US Fish and Wildlife employees saying they have no idea. All after doing over a month of research on it.

Yet it must be pythons or earthquakes or magnetic anomolies.

Anywho...ATS is ATS....

I totally understand where you are coming from however the experts imo look for the scientific answer which is of course the right way but sometimes you have to think way out of the box something they won't be doing and is where speculation can sometimes be helpful in raising questions and theories that may have been missed even by the experts.
