Responding to poor behavior on the part of his children, a Texas man put the Christmas presence for sale on the online auction site eBay. The online description stated that he had 3 undeserving kids and that he was taking down the Christmas tree as well. The bidding reached over 460 dollars, but was not enough to meet his set reserve, He may post them again.

HOUSTON - The kids were naughty, Dad put the presents on eBay instead of under the tree and Mom's been crying ever since. Now, even the tree's down.

Saturday morning was sure not to be very jolly for three brothers 9, 11 and 15 who didn't straighten up when their father told them Santa wasn't too pleased with their fighting, cuss words and obscene gestures.

Dad and Mom had warned their sons that the Nintendo DS video system and the three games that go with it were headed for the auction block if they didn't get their act together.

"No kidding. Three undeserving boys have crossed the line. Tonight we sat down and showed them what they WILL NOT get for Christmas this year. I'll be taking the tree down tomorrow," the man announced in his eBay posting.

Its funny apparently his kids also dared him to put all of their video games up and it looks like he is doing this as well. This is definitely not the Walton Family by any stretch. How out of control are these kids?

I did not hear about the case last year, but it is possible. I have not tried to look at the local papers in the Houston area where he was supposed to give an interview. Maybe it was a copycat or an attempt to boost the value of his auction with a little noteriety?

Hahaha, after reading this i couldnt stop laughing. Those kids seem to have serious problems. After realising their father means what he threatens and actually gets rid of their presents, they DARE him to get rid of their other games. Those parents must have messed up somewhere... well at least the fathers attempting to fix them...

HOUSTON - An online casino that bought a cheese sandwich said to bear the Virgin Mary's image and a cane sold to banish a young boy's fear of ghosts has struck again this time paying a man $5,300 for his naughty children's Christmas gifts.
