Yea I don't like changing the weights that sucks, also got a full squat rack with safety handles and bench seat in my living room, LOL!
So I figured out some things that help with the arthritis/tendenitis, inflammation in general. I had shoulder issues starting off a few years back,
and found that pushing just enough to break that crap up and force a healing, then letting it fully rest a week worked wonders. Took a half year no
more clicks, crackle, or tearing. So specifically with tendenitis anti-inflammatory diet helps, and reducing frequency.
I gotta be constantly reassessing multiple factors to keep progressing and avoid burnout or injury. Already jacked up the back on deadlifts last
summer pulling 305# with imperfect form, so have to be smart now that am in 30s to keep healthy. The point is to live forever (you think I'm
kidding?), not die out early.
Best of luck to ya.
