My OOBE Experience

Well this is what happened to me one night while i was sleeping. I was definately in the middle of a lucid dream, i remember i was playing baseball and i went for a fly ball(I dove for it). While i was laying on my stomach with my right arm stretched out, i somehow lifted my arm out of my body, i remember having a strange feeling after doing this. The next thing i did and i dont know how i did it i just did through my own will, i lifted my head out of my body up to my soldiers and i emember seeing half of my dream world and half of the room i was sleeping in, in an altered state, i felt a sense of terror, so i quickly tried to wake up. When i woke up i realized i was in a bad state of sleep paralysis, after about 30 seconds I was able to come back to conciousness, feeling quite afraid. I'm not sure if this was an OOBE or just a dream, either way it was scary for me. Any feedback you guys have would be greatly appreciated.
