Say whatchu say or just sail away
She cant stand me, but I miss her face
I feel like drowning but the tide's too low
And now Im waiting for the undertow
So I stand tall, it gets a little better
I see the wall that we can break down together

Is the beginning of one of my more favorite songs.
Lately my life has been turned inside out yet again.
Haha, but I have a sense of humor about it at this point.

I'm coming back out the other side.
I know I am not the only one,
I know I'm not alone.

So anyone else out there feeling a little pain,
it's ok that happens sometimes..
Any hopeful stories?
Anything you want to say?

Sometimes it feels like people just want it all to end.
I don't want that. I got my boat out, I have what I need.

Maybe you will like this song to?

Well I can only take so much
The pressure may come to pressure us
They came to watch us fall
Oh yes, they came to watch us fall
But we will rise up against them all

So I stand tall
It gets a little better
I see the wall that we can break down together
Stand strong it gets a little better now

The Dirty Heads are pretty good. I like their older stuff more but the newer ones aren't horrible

I didn't find out about them until recently..
But I made up for lost time.
Part of my evolving awareness.

between them and Slightly Stoopid,
I've been getting my strength back to keep up the good fight.

Been there before haha, you can see the same patterns emerging in yourself and realize it's trivial and not worth the time.

I've got tickets for Slightly Stoopid, Dirty Heads, and The Expendables for July 8th.

I've seen The Expendables within the last year but I'm HIGHly looking forward to seeing the other two.

Just wanted to rub salt in the wound.

I don't know how you knew that would rub salt in my wound...

It actually does..

Whatever though. Gotta move through it not around it.

A few band suggestions to help you through. You may or may not have heard of them. They are inline with the video from your OP.

Pepper
Stick Figure
Rebelution
Passafire
Ballyhoo!
Hours Eastly
The Bouncing Souls
Tomorrows Bad Seeds

Some of the greatest lessons I've ever learned developed from the hardest things I've ever been through. Hang in there and don't be afraid to talk about it. Good luck!

This is mostly the final nail in the coffin as it were.
No need to talk about it really.
This thread was for me to move on.. Or if anyone else needed some friends.
Moving on from more than one situation actually.

The world can look bleak sometimes.

Thanks for all the bands to look into..
I'll have endless hours of good music.

Well come with me to a place by the sea,
If your ship breaks down, you can always find me,
And Dirty J chillin' underneath the shady tree,
Our fans are always welcome with our friends and family.

And if you wish you can stay, as long as you please
Just lend a helping hand up at our cabin by the sea
Where everyday is beautiful, the sun, the sand, the breeze
And everybody lives together here in harmony
