Yes, you are, and that's okay.
The other thing to remember is that a heavy bag is flawed -- it has no chin.

So, keep your chin up -- it makes a better target.

My chin has so much fluff, that no one knows where it truly ends, and the hair begins!

That has come in very handy in times past!
