Clinton's balanced budget when he made the deal with Gingrich was projected. It was never realized in truth.

Even so, when was the last time that the US government operated with a surplus... meaning no debt?

Tell me all about Obama's balanced budget and then tell me what it really means when the debt is projected at 20 trillion $ when he leaves office.
