Yes indeed it is Zaph. The fuel dump and the aft spine diverging hourglass fairing end plate were the giveaway. as are the aft EW antennas that sat between the tail planes and AB exhaust nozzles. The Tomcat had the distinctive beaver tail with the widely spaced TF-30' tunnels.

I doubt it as it's small scale as boneyards go. I would imagine what they have their will be cannibalised for future restoration projects.
