There's still a significant anti-Americanism in Germany, and significant business interests with Russia. Greece is also friendly to Russia seeing another Eastern Orthodox nation beset by aggressive Islamic neighbors.

Poland would be on the spearhead with the USMC to liberate Estonia.

There's significant anti-Americanism through-out the EU. I didn't think it was enough to change sides. Plenty of anti-Russian sentiment, as well, especially in the east of Germany.

I'd guess for Germany to opt out od a NATO/US Vs. Russian 'dance', we 'd probably need another one of those Stalin-Hitler Pacts agreeing to split up Poland or something similar, done in advance with perks for Germany...
