NOPE, local building codes and enforcement officials will force you to get on the grid, get permits to build and pay taxes. There are PLENTY of posts on ATS showing that even rural communities are having to deal with this kid of stuff for the first time in 20 years.

So just get a few families together and go far out, nobody is going to bother tracking anyone down. Or just buy a piece of land.

Once upon a time the US would not have taken this deal. 239 years to come back to square one.

Just to point out, it's not just the U.S. signing on to this TPP and it's in fact arguably said nation that will benefit most; albeit at the expense of the poor for the benefit of the rich.
