Ghostly image in a Member's Photo; Help Explain it.

I hope I'm not breaking any rules here (MODS delete if necessary) but there is a poorly-named thread posted in the wrong forum by a very new member.
Unfortunately, it is lost and ignored due to it's title and placement.

It is an absolutely fascinating photo which under better resolution has a 'ghost image' that is absolutely worth closer analysis and scrutiny.
Ghost hunters...photography experts...please take a look.
