Mark my words.....

There will be a day in which we see another video like this, only with a twist....

It is only a matter of time before we see this same situation that ends with an assault on the Officer by bystanders.

If it was all over board, why would video evidence be confiscated. Seems like a cover up by the officer. Police are going to have to improve on their CYA skills now.

To be fair though, we are not sure the videos were deleted.

Has anyone been able to find anything at all about this alleged incident other than on "filmingcops.com" or any of the other BS "news" sources? Because the video looks fake as hell, there are discrepancies with the age....the video says (repeatedly) he's 15, the "source" says he's 13, then "updates" and says later he's actually 12....come on guys...really? There's nothing in the legal databases on this either, and if this actually happened, you'd bet someone would have reported it...especially since they claim to have the license plate of the cop car.

If you have to actually go searching for stuff like this, it's likely total crap. If it were real, it would have been reported and it would have been at the very least in the local news for that area, and it most certainly is not. Either you are really just that gullible or you're trying way too hard at sensationalism, trying to get stars or flags or just plain baiting people to fight over this. This is becoming ridiculous, it really is. And it detracts from what is really happening out in the world. Such a total waste of time.

What?? That actually made me laugh out loud. Tasing someone without the probes does nothing but sting. Direct contact with a Taser is known as a "drive stun". It hurts like hell, like a hornet sting, but it does nothing to the person's neuromuscular function. That only occurs when it's from a distance and the electrodes are used. There are no "convulsions". It's really simple: fighting and flailing? Zap! Stop fighting and flailing? No zap. That's it. No convulsions, no muscle involvement...just "ouch!". Direct contact is for pain compliance. Kind of like those electric fences people put up to keep their dogs on the property because regular fencing is just not attractive enough.

Were the phones returned and did any have videos? We will probably never know.

None the less, the whole situation seems overboard but then that is the way it is now.

Don't try wrestling with a cop, that doesn't help the situation.
Choke holds and taser in the back is not how to handle kids skateboarding.
What was his crime anyway?

What are you talking about? There are a variety of news outlets covering this including the local news outlets there as well as the local paper website.

Apparently the kid was some run away that the mother called to get back and when the deputy grabbed him he bit the deputy on the wrist.

I don't see anything fake about it.

Pretty sure that's incorrect. It may be a drive stun or whatever kinda cattle prod compliance you want to call it but its the same amount of juice your zapping with. So yeah if you hold the contacts on the person it's no different then the darts. The only difference is the duration of the attempted electrocution.

I've been tagged with a stun gun. You are right it feels like a combination of a real bad bee sting and the funny bone going crazy sensation over your entire body. Actually it feels like your being stabbed with a knife. That's why knife specialists train with electrified dummy knives "shock knives" to simulate the sensation of getting sliced and cut cause the sensation is very similar. I'd say that's a little over board to do to a 12 year old. It's just unprofessional no matter what stupid crap this cop was trained to do by some equally divorced from reality smuck. Its not ok to just do that especially over something so minor. Cops these days can't even diffuse a situation that even most school teachers could. Pathetic. Man up guys.

One page prior I actually provided a source to the local news outlet that covered this story.

Pretty sure a choke hold and a tazer used on a 12 year old is excessive ,no matter what the kid did there is a better way to deal with it than what we are seeing here.....that cop needs a new job one that does not involve dealing with people

There is a big difference. One is transferred across a larger section of your body where as one is localized.
Being dry stunned with a stun gun doesn't do much, and as long as you press hard against it it hurts less.

Being dry stunned with a tazer hurts more and trying to press against it doesn't help much at all.

Being "Tazed" ie with the darts is a whole other ball of wax. You catch a tazer in the shoulder and one in the hip or thigh and you will quickly learn how wonderful dry stunning can be comparatively. (No I'm not saying the kids is lucky.) I'm merely correcting you presumptions about getting tazed.

Having been both a runaway as a child and having worked in law enforcement as an adult, I see nothing suspicious about this story in the least.

Runaway kid doesn't wanna go home, cop says "I'm here to take you home get in the car."

Kid says "Whatever he says" which isn't up for debate right now unfortunately.

Deputy proceeds to take him in, kid don't wanna go, bites cop ATS goes wild.

Well, that leaves the cop wide open to what in my opinion probably happened. He saw the kid, wanted to molest him, and the kid wouldn't go to his car for no reason, so proceeded to do all of that.

Due to the nature of the world and elite, I naturally assume they're satanists and have to proved otherwise.

The reason was that his mom wanted to find him, and he was asked to get in the car to go home by the officer.
Fairly clear from the local paper and the mother who was thankful.

No molestation involved.

What kind of mother is thankful that her twelve year old son was taken to the ground, choked, and tazed ?

I have 2 sons and at times they were a handful, but unless they were causing another person bodily harm I can't see myself being thankful if LEO were to treat one of them like this.

Perhaps the mother who cannot or does not know how to control her currently out of control son.
The kind that while she may hate his behavior still loves him and worries about him and wants to know where he is.
The kind that would hope someone would assist where she is limited.

That kind maybe.. Could be wrong though.

Maybe her son is more than a handful?

I don't know where this guy got his info, it is in the comments in the link posted by ddrneville on page 2

citznfish • 3 hours ago Your website sickens me. You are just as bad as the media. Twisting the facts of this incident to support your anti-cop agenda. I'm not a fan of the cops but I am a fan of the truth. How about you add in the rest of the facts to this story? The kid was a multi time runaway. His mom was begging the police to help get him home. He severely bit the officer in the arm BEFORE he was tased. The officer tasered the kid in order to gain control since he was being bitten. This is all well documented if you actually cared enough about the truth. But no, you'd rather tweak the story to support your bias and get 10,0000 more clicks so you can make an extra $100 in advertising revenue. SMH

Here is the link again. filmingcops.com...

My first thought was this kid is white, his mom will probably shake the cops hand and re-up her police union contributions. This story paints a picture like it was an intervention on the kids mom's request.

If that is the case, it is nice to see a cop that cares enough to risk his career to get that kid indoors and away from his theatrical friends.

Edit to add:

I ran off when I was about that kids age, The cops were out looking for me too but my cousin got me home, dragging me by my ear before the cops found me and it is a good thing too judging by this video
