Hi guys, took my daughter to the park earlier and a helicopter just landed in the field, 3 guys got out and ran off to attend to whatever they were called out for, I waited around to get a video of it taking off as I've never saw a helicopter take off, I only had my phone to hand but it records in full hd, I work in civil aerospace for rolls royce so anything flight related interests me, I thought I'd post it up for anyone interested, the heat and wind it produced is immense considering I was 50 feet away, cheers

Not sure how to get the video up without a link?

It didn't look like that when looking at the heli with your own eyes, the rotors were just a blur, on the video they look like they're barely moving though

Awesome video! I'm surprised they're using an AW109. I know a lot of survival flight operations like to use the Dauphin or EC155 because of the Fenestron tail rotors.
