Upload problems?

I am at a loss for how to upload pictures. I have a few in my profile already but today it wont let me. I thought it may have been a mobile problem but I tried from my CPU as well with no luck.

I uploaded one pic to test if my account had issues and it worked fine, but the one I want to upload wont work after a half dozen tries is there a size limit or content issue maybe? It has people in it and maybe a license plate if you look hard enough, but I don't know...

Any suggestions?

There is a size limit...

750K I believe.. Maybe a bit more but not much..

I should've tried that before asking, sorry. I will give it a shot, thank you.
