According to the periodic chart of elements there is no debate . Lol



Element groups are either nonmetals or various subsets of metals, but there is no distinct line between the two types of elements. Metal elements are usually good conductors of both electricity and heat.



So to narrow it down this question doesn't count. Are you a good or bad conductor of electricity ?
