I believe anyone who questions the OS is thrown into that bag.
IMO this whole thing about making it a criminal offense is a bit over the top, and frankly raises suspicioun.

and trying to argue that debating it is a criminal offense is also a bit over the top. Its been debated since the end of WWII and will be for a long time to come. This revolves around people who flat out deny the holocaust ever occurred. it is a fact it did occur and that comes directly from the people who perpetrated it.

The numbers of people who were murdered and their background have always been discussed and debated.

Oh and they wish to pay for security at Jewish schools!!

Is this to do with actual security threats because they are more at risk or is this because they are more valued than other religions and or races, creeds etc?

I just don't get it.

There's one school in London where they basically have London buses with TFL bus drivers specifically for the school. The buses line up at the gate, kids come out and they're dropped off to their homes meanwhile all other normal schools don't get any of that special service.

The school itself is state-funded and not private.

Yeah, you are gonna have to provide proof for that please mate...

As I predicted many moons ago, Tony Blair is being heavily rewarded for his service in wrecking the UK and leaving it open to being a peripheral state on the EU superstate. The UK still stands as the biggest obstacle in the EU, but far weaker now that prior to this salesman coming in to office back in 1997.

As for his new role, again, it goes hand in hand with his masters.

It still amazes me that so called free thinkers and liberals for freedom, stand by criminalising what is essentially an opinion, which is all holocaust denial is, a load of people's opinions. Whether it is agreed with or not, if someone questions something, why should that be criminal and why only one event? I can stand here and deny West African slave trade, deny workhouses, deny present day slavery, deny the legitimacy of sovereign states...but if I question the holocaust, I get charged? That sounds reasonable to you people, does it? And where is the protection for Christians? Last I heard Christians all over the world are being massacred. What about Muslims being massacred by Muslims? They don't deserve someone in a position to speak out for them? No, I guess we can see who pays the bills and who doesn't.

I will repeat what I said when they brought in the 1998 Crime and Disorder Act here in the UK - This will be used, not to fight crime, not to wipe out discrimination, but to wipe out dissident voices. What we have today built upon that, is verging on wiping out almost any form of speech that is perceived to be directed at the current elite and their policies. What that filth Blair will embark on, is a progression from this.

You should not be questioning Blair's appointment to this role, but questioning why a role like this exists in the first place.

So asking questions isn't illegal?

What if I went to the UK and didn't flat-out "deny" that the Holocaust took place, but made evidence-based presentations regarding the common roots between political Zionism and Anti-Semitism in the early 20th century? or how the emergence of German Nacional Socialism was sponsored by Jewish Wall Streeters? What if I soundly explained that a man named Baron William de Ropp, a Khazarian Jew (non-semitic converts from the caucus region) acted as an advisor to Adolf Hitler? or insinuated that the Holocaust, or burnt offering in Koine, was a plot to eliminate the Jews who refused to resettle in a proposed holy land? Would this be considered criminal?

Yea, I'd get branded an anti-semite and, for all intents and purposes, that's tantamount to being a terrorist!

To make a point. Its not like that is unheard of. Not accusing you of lying, but what you said sounds very Daily Mail-ish...

Some believe that those camps were not death camps but forced labor camps and the people who died there died mainly because of malnutrition and illnesses. So you see, there were camps but historians are denied the right to look into it.

And just to be clear, my grand father also fought WW2 under french flag(he was algerian, he has been made prisoner in germany). If you have seen the movie Days of glory, that's the story of my grand father right there.

NO ONE at ANY POINT IN TIME has EVER been "denied the ability to look into" the event in question. You are being either willfully obtuse or deliberately ignorant.

The holocaust did happen without a doubt but more people were involved in it than just Hitler. Prescott Bush is just one of many.

And there were far more victims than just the Jews too...

Your response doesn't answer my question. Russia wont give those speeches because Russia doesn't share those ideals. Their law whitewashes their involvement and alliance with the Nazis.

The laws are the same - its illegal to deny the holocaust. its an issue when Europe wants the law but not a big deal when Russia passes the law.

Russia does not have a constitution guaranteeing freedom of speech.

European participation I would think Europe has more of a right to ensure its never denied.

Remember NOT all of Europe surrendered to the Germans or worked with them.

The UK held fast and actively fought the NAZI's long before you yanks showed up.

We have zero guilt in the holocaust.

Why would anyone want to deny it , it is history. It is against the law in Germany , some states in the US , and a few other countries as well.

Their reasoning doesn't matter, the individual has the right to formulate their own thoughts, no one has any claim over the musings of other men.

Cowards use violence to force minds to change, I prefer to persuade with reason.

The Holocaust didn't happen, and you can't do anything to me for saying it.

I wasn't implying that all of Europe collaborated with the Nazis. I am making the point that its difficult to say the holocaust never occurred when the country responsible for it says it did.

As for Russia my point was why aren't people as pissed that Russian law does the same thing as this law.

Because

1)We dont live in Russia

2) Russia doesn't promise things like freedom of expression or speech.

If I was a Russian I would be pissed at my freedoms being restricted but Im not Russian thank god.

BTW I think people who deny the holocaust are sick but I will defend there right to deny it. People are entitled to there opinion no matter how much I vehemently disagree with it. I only draw the line at promoting violence and criminal acts.

Your maybe right and or maybe wrong. But will we ever know?

Here's some questions for people that should have viable answers!

1. Why will the Zionists not release the authentic Red Cross records of the time and locations, which show who did escape, who did survive and who died? Is it because these records show some 100,000 died in the 6 years from 1939 to 1945, not the six million as propaganda would have it?

2. If 6 million Jews died at the hands of the Nazis, where did the 5.9 million who settled in Palestine, America, Canada, the UK, Australia, South America, etc., come from?

3. If the 6 million figure is so precise, why did the Auschwitz Memorial reduce the figure, on its own accord, from SIX million, to ONE million?

4. Why is there no motto to remember the millions of Native Americans slaughtered by white settlers?

5. Why is there no mention of the millions of Cambodians - nearly half their population - who were slaughtered by Pol Pot; or the twenty million Russians killed in World War II?

These are good honest questions. They should be answered by straight forward and concise opinions and facts. And they should be regarded as questions and not illegal statements of Anti-Semitism. Even Jews that are not saddled with Zionists ask these sorts of questions!

The Holocaust is so hard to put into perspective! And it's hard for people to talk about too especially like others have said here it's been deemed illegal in some countries. But it's no different from any other Genocide that has happened over time. Millions of people have been murdered in the most vile ways because of colour, creed and religion but these Genocides have never been deemed illegal to question!

I think anyone denying it is onto a losing topic but they have the right to debate it and have the right to question the integrity of it if they wish.

This will have a reverse effect on the Jewish population as people will start to form resentment against them where there was none before for perceiving they get special treatment but it's really a Government Dog and Pony trick.

It's another piece of slow incremental draconian law being put into the overall jigsaw whereby the government narrative is the only narrative and questioning of the official version no matter how corrupt, deceptive or blatantly dishonest will be treated as a crime.

If it's not nipped in the bud we are on a slippery path to 1984.
