Discovering, in Darkness

I'm on the dark side. They can't come find me.

Far away, within a void you cannot see.

Sparkles of light, within this deep void, it gets darker.

Colours I once enjoyed, the light is my marker.

Guided in this darkness, trying to find my inner circle.

Seeking to heal these wounds, truth can be so hurtful.

Turn my back on the light, these energies push and pull.

Feeling so abandoned, stranded in the night.

We all want to be the winner, but most of us are just sinners.

Truth is for the powerful, the rest fall to the deceitful.

Concentrate the light, the truth will seep through like replete.

We cannot become weak, the twisted lies they speak, all the fears we hide, are their fears inside.

Here, in the void, I know myself. Lost and found, I'm coming back down.

This world is drought of truth, follow your dreams, remember your fountain of youth.

Together we can make rainfall, awaken the rest that are within thrall.

Inside and out, it feels like a brawl. When we have eachother, no one can fall.

Speaking lies like tattle, Love is my ammo, and I'm ready for battle.

My fight is won, who needs a gun?

Collectively we are great, together we are One.
