I'm thoroughly not blown away. It's a fictional movie. Fictional.

I haven't seen the movie, but I'm guessing it's because it's set in the past....

Or the future?
Hence "Tomorrow"?

I dunno.

Yeah but the OP suggest the 23rd not the 22nd. I know that it is supposed to the future.

If you really wanted to point out an odd occurrence with the movie "Tomorrow Land" (not the video posted by the op):

Why does the movie seem very familiar? Like it originated here at ATS, as in Astr0's farewell thread.
Could the Disney corporation be trying to cover something up?
Could they be playing off the current interest in "Break-A-Way" societies?
Could Astr0 really have been a Disney "Imagineer"?

The storyline seems a bit odd in context, and for that reason I think it should be looked at as either Disney taking advantage of a fringe groups thoughts, or are trying to cover up the fact of a "Break-A-Way" society of scientist.

This should be a fun thread to watch.

So Jesus was born on September 11th in 6BC???

Can you tell me if he comes to how he worked that out please.

I don't want to spend 15 minutes watching a video that doesn't attempt to explain that one.

So....Ridiculous theory, or mega corporation out to make a buck....hmmm....That's a tough one.

Because it is a countdown timer.

What that image shows is 9 hours, 22 minutes and 44 seconds.
What you can't see is the days... which at the first showing in the movie was 68 days or something.
The next time you see it, its like 59 days...

It was a cool movie.

While this might seem like an odd coincidence, it is something i tend to notice as its always near my birthday. For some reason the world always seems to end on Sep 2x. It happens in tv, in movies, in doomporn. Again, probably coincidence. One of these days ill compile a list and just see.....assuming the world doesnt end in september.

Also,

4+ 4 = 8
2+0+1+5 = 8

So "44" could be a representation of "2015"

SIGH SPOILERS COMING UP

This has nothing to do with september... the character played by George Clooney has a clock that is counting down yes... but has nothing to do with september.
The clock shows more and what you are seeing are just the seconds, the minutes and the hours... it actually have another tube that displays the days, which I recall is around 60 days till doom.

So shut this ignorant thread down... please.

Also... could the next generation please stop using the phrase "This will blow you away."??? Pretty please, with sugar on top...
