Actually, it didn't. It inferred that Jesus was sending you to hell for not letting him in. That's opposed to it being a personal choice.

I will never understand people who don't believe, and then get mad when they find out what the price for that could be.

You do have a choice: belief or disbelief. Each choice comes with its own path. When you choose the path of disbelief, don't get upset at where the road ends. You chose that road, and you have the choice to turn the other way all the way until the very end.

An experience that defies all logic and has no earthly explanation. The biggest hurdle I've seen is believing in something that defies logic. It's been an internal struggle for me for years and I'm sure it is for others.

no god who owns his own personal tartarus can be called merciful. if you know its gonna be broken, dont make it. but god made trillions of people with the full knowledge that 95% of them would end up burning in the refuse pile. thats not mercy, thats piss poor product management and its no wonder he is losing sales. then he decides he wants to punish us because he wastes his supernatural talents and im supposed to just accept that? hell no. book me a seat on the mayflower. that is a reasonable alternative, not outright destruction. only a spoiled child breaks toys he doesnt want. a thoughtful considerate child gives them to the less fortunate.
