Is a potential severe weather outbreak coming?

I don't think we will have to wait that long. The forecast looks bleak....I think the tornado season is just beginning with the severe storms, flooding, winds etc.

I've been watching the SAC and current national radar. The cold front that's approaching Kentucky and Ohio right now is being devastated by the high pressure system on the coastline. The front will stall out and dissapate. It's not strong enough to cause an outbreak.

When a more organized system comes knocking, We'll be in for a ride.

It looks like I wasn't too far off in my prediction. Sunday through Tuesday is looking to get very nasty for the Ohio Valley. A little earlier than I had imagined, but here's hoping I'm wrong.
