Sadly that is not what is been practiced in Countries like Afghanistan, Iraq after Saddam (liberation), Iran and feudal monarchies like Saudi Arabia, women has achieved a bit just a bit of acceptance but still second and third class citizens when it comes to Islamic laws and under Sharia.

Pretty much. There are still people there but they're tame. Nothing will happen unless someone with a gun gets drunk.

Islam exists outside of Saudi and Iran, and it is not as bad in Iran as everyone paints it.
Saudi is different story though I will agree, but just cause it happens in a bassackwards country ran by men with oil money doesn't mean it is the norm everywhere.

I am not Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia or any of these so called Muslim countries. I'm not responsible for how they twist the religion. I saw Islam through the Quran, not through the followers.
