Are you sure that's our alphabet?

Below, I can see Paris very clearly. But above, It looks... weird.



EDIT: by the way, that's from a different painting:

www.ebay.com...

www.etsy.com...

They seem to be from the same person, but... to be honest, I've been looking for like an hour and have yet to find anything concrete.
