Here's the document this revelation stems from:

Unclassified Secret Document

Hm. So the source for the document is judicialwatch.org... Right.

More from this "news" source:

JUDICIAL WATCH: DEFENSE, STATE DEPARTMENT DOCUMENTS REVEAL OBAMA ADMINISTRATION KNEW THAT AL QAEDA TERRORISTS HAD PLANNED BENGHAZI ATTACK 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE

DHS Fails to Remove Aliens Who Pose National Security, Public Safety Threat

MAY 19, 2015
The monstrous agency created after 9/11 to protect the United States from more terrorist attacks instead compromises national security by failing to track how many unauthorized foreigners—some felons in their native country—it refuses to prosecute under President Obama’s broad amnesty initiative.

These are emails and notes obtained from the IRS as a result of our lawsuits. The emails are more “smoking gun” evidence that the IRS targeting of conservative groups was a deliberate attack directed from Washington, DC. Our court efforts uncovered thousands of pages of documentary evidence, exposing how the Obama administration sought to silence citizens opposed to Barack Obama.

So basically, it is a newspaper bashing the Obama Administration in every single way possible.

Sure, no bias whatsoever. (sarcasm)

I don't know, OP, but doesn't the sources strike you as a wee bit biased? All I see is blame games à la Pravda.ru and Obama political bashing.

I dunno, I'm reading that secret document and I'm not seeing where it says anything about creating ISIS. It talks about the opposition, AQ Iraq, and the Syrian regime but no mention of the creation of ISIS by the west.

IMO the whole situation is hard to follow
from a white-hat, black-hat perspective.

Casino billionaires along with Pam Geller
and Cheney brought inflammatory movies,
Muhamed drawing contests and the latter
state sponsored homeland demolition services.

Welcome to the United States of grey hats.
To say "we know" is impossible
and short sighted.

I'll pose the same question I always do..now that we know we were right, what are we going to do about it ?

Spoiler alert: nothing will get done

Anybody who can’t see the creation of ISIS in this document is blind.

It clearly enumerates the creation of ISIS in all but name.

Just because it doesn’t say: we will create ISIS doesn’t mean it doesn’t imply that they are not ready and willing to create a Jihadist army in Syria and Iraq, as the document clearly says.

there is the possibility of establishing a declared or undeclared Salafist Principality in eastern Syria (Hasaka and Der Zor), and this is exactly what the supporting powers to the opposition want, in order to isolate the Syrian regime ….

ISIS is the result of Kerry coming onto international TV and begging for a free pass to drop a few mega-freedoms of democracy on Syria to remove Assad - and was met with a resounding piss-off.

You say no to TPTB, you pay the price.

I was aware of all the rest but your last comment was a major lightbulb moment for me...

ISIS is punishment for the world refusing to support the Obama administration's war against Assad. The fact that ISIS will eventually be used as justification to go into Syria anyway is just a bonus.

Next time this sort of thing comes up and a president wants to remove a country's power structure, they'll say "remember what happened with Syria and ISIS... when terror is allowed to fester in these regions, it grows into an uncontrollable blah blah blah" and the folks who aren't paying attention will eat it up.

They allowed ISIS to grow out of control BECAUSE the world was against TPTB's push to oust Assad.

If this is anything more than a CIA analyst report of the area why is it only secret? Also, I find it funny that SEC TS etc documents just seem to pop out and it is everyone's catch phrase of authenticity. That guy working the safe really needs to be fired...hehe

Lastly I would not think the US would declassified a secret document that explains we created isis...

The document says the US allies in the GULF states supported the Jihadist to oust Assad.

They are clients of the US.

Obama claims that he didn’t know ISIS was getting powerful but his military intelligence says otherwise, the did know.

Therefore it’s clear they knew ISIS was coming and didn’t want to do anything about it.

Then when the Syria sarin gas Hoax blew up in their faces, ISIS came a calling and all of a sudden it started to kick ass

Coincidence?

I doubt it.

Wade into this carefully folks.

We could be getting played here.

ISIS IS a western asset, there is no doubt, but pushing evididence that can easily be debunked only makes it easier to cast doubt in any other evidence that might present itself in the future.

Controlled opposition. There is one in every operation and we have not really seen one for ISIS yet. This might be it. Get everyone to jump on the rug and then yank it out from undernieth. That is the tone that I am feeling here.

The U.S. trains the Free Syrian Army in Qatar when those fighters are first brought out to Turkey in the dead of night.

Israel sometimes treats those fighters at their hospitals when they are severely wounded and can make it to the Israeli border check points.

Saudi Arabia by itself started and funds ISIS, as a way to fight the Shia in Syria and in Iraq. ISIS made the mistake of going bat shat crazy on innocent Christians and that brought the worlds wrath down on them. Saudi is pissed about Obama doing anything against their ISIS boys but they do not understand that Americans and Congress were fuming and Obama would have been fried if he did not act against them, even if it was a half ass mission against ISIS to start.

I think the King of Saudi Arabia said something really dumb to Obama and that is why he is all buddy buddy with Iran right now, so much so that Saudi is kissing Israels backside knowing that they want to kick Iran back to the stone age. Israel is not stupid, they will try to get Saudi to fight Iran and have a win win situation on their hands.

It get's confusing when you take this into consideration.

www.theguardian.com...

Turkey and the US have agreed in “principle” to provide air protection to Syrian rebels being trained and equipped to fight Islamic State militants, once they enter Syrian territory for battle, Turkey’s foreign minister said.

I wonder what you guys think of this?

Is this supporting:

  • Current Al QAEDA against former AL QAEDA (ISIS)?
  • FSA against ISIS?
  • ISIS against ISIS?
  • Non-AL QAEDA or FSA affiliated rebels against ISIS or AL QAEDA?

I've read it a few times but it doesn't at all specify that the west & friends created ISIS. Truth is, many Islamist extremist groups were/are in Iraq & Syria, as well as many other ME nations. In order for me to believe the headline this report has to state they created ISIS but it does not. It points out the obvious that we all are aware of.

ISIS wasn't created in Syria, they however grew in great strength while in Syria. Did they receive western aid? I'm willing to bet on it but this report is not the smoking gun you're looking for.

Fact:

Both sides of the chess board is being played by the allies. This type of tactic is used because the assumption is if you play both sides of the game board, you're going to win no matter how it plays out.

That's why this whole thing is so damned confusing.

My friend is my enemy and my enemy is my friend.

Hence the reason why every damn thing we're being spoonfed coming out of the mouths of these bastards is nothing but lies and lip service.

Sorry, but I don't see where the US created ISIS?

There's nothing in that document to suggest it, and zerohedge is full of lies.

All I see is that Al Queda Iraq (AQI) wanted to overthrow Assad, this is no secret, it's been well documented that Al Queda, Al Nusra, the FSA and ISIS have all taken arms against Assad's forces. It's also well documented that ISIS, AQI and Al Nusra have also engaged the FSA on many occasions too.

Saying that the US created ISIS is such a narrow viewpoint to take, it's so much more complicated than that.

Yeah, but it also directly says that the West (USA) supports the opposition (Al-Qaeda/Al-Nusra). Now what's wrong with that picture?

I saw the document.

But then, how can we know for sure it hasn't been forged by Russia, just like when Russia forged a document to "prove" that the US "created" the FLQ terrorist group?

The KGB was concerned that the FLQ's terrorist attacks could be linked to the Soviet Union. It designed a disinformation campaign and forged documents to portray the FLQ as a CIA false flag operation. A photocopy of the forged "CIA document" was "leaked" to the Montreal Star in September 1971. The operation was so successful that Canada's prime minister believed that the CIA had conducted operations in Canada.

Russian Disinformation Operation

I am telling ya, the notes of that tune are familiar. It's the same game all over again, just replace "FLQ" by "ISIS".

Just saying.

You're reaching. Occam's Razor and all that. Our actions back the document. Everyone knows we supported the insurgency. This is undeniable. Now did we mean to create ISIS? That's another question, but our actions certainly led to a fertile environment for them to thrive. We turned away from secular dictators and promoted destabilization. The impetus for those actions is still shrouded, but I think most around these parts have a good idea.
