UFO on Mars?

Is this a UFO on mars?
I have just found a new conspiracy site that claims to show a UFO on Mars, a huge structure of some kind casting a long shadow over the cliff side, i have link to the site so you can see it.

It would appear to be a flow of some type, not a shadow. Since the sunlight is coming from the upper right of the image.

Ohhhh snap. 3 2 1 an some people will be debunking this because it's their life!

Looks like a shadow to me. How about you go on google earth and try to turn everything you can't explain from a sat image into a conspiracy. You can't just call out anything you see that isn't black and white as aliens.

The website posted in the OP just did.

Looks like it could be a flow, but there could be a spire there besides, at least on the first picture, I'm not even sure about the direction of the sun either, it looks rather like it's coming in from the south west in that same picture.
The second picture I can't see as there is a malicious warning about the site for me. I have to go..someone will sort it out!

What an utterly pathetic statement. How about some of us have spent over 40 years looking at this stuff have a garage full of "the unexplained" books, magazines etc and have funded authors of nonsense !!!!!

The OP image is nothing unusual, in that there are plenty of images of Mars with dark streaks. The interesting thing is what is causing the apparent "wet" look.

It is most definitely not an alien craft unless it is able to bend light and cause shadows on the sunny side !!!!!! That is nothing to do with conspiracies, denial, debunking but plain old ordinary laws of physics related to photography DUH!!!!

Yes. The other shadows do not match the direction of the shadow as indicated by the OP, so I don't think it's a shadow.

As Phage mentioned, that image appears to be the dark slope streak phenomenon that has been observed on Mars for over a decade now, which are thought to be flows of some sort. The flows seem to be seasonal, which makes some think it has to do with liquids (possibly water) and seasonal warming.
