I am now therefore plugging my candidate Christopher Spada for President.

He is running for The Justice Party

OK, so he doesn't have money and isn't suave like everyone else, at least he is running.

As long as everyone else gets to plug their Rand Paul or other candidate, here is mine.

Don't tax payers fund the elections we currently have?
Those billionaires and millionaires that pour the money into our elections are tax paying citizens, so what does his idea change?
Or am I missing the concept of it.

Cause he doesn't really go into much detail about the solution, just the problem.

isn't the justice party actually a communist party? That is what I learned years ago attending a Justice party meeting.

I didn't post all the videos, this was just the first part of the series.

No, not always, because special interest groups pay a whole lot as well, and not by taxes. And why is it that every taxpayer supposed to pay for a candidate they don't want anyway?

While the taxpayer does pay, other money raised through fundraising usually end up with one candidate and they aren't always transparent about who pays or there are shelter groups that funnel money.

If the tax payer is paying, then there should be no special interest groups at all giving money.

It's more than a criminal, it's an idea.

Either way my answer is tell me when you find one. All the parties suck. Forget the "2 party system", the alternatives seem to be pretty terrible too.

I just read the platform of the Justice Party. They sound like hard-core socialists who want to cede our sovereignty to international agreements. No thanks.

Our sovereignty has already been given over to international agreements. Sad, but true.

FDR made that possible.

And let me ask you, what do we do about this.....

That is indeed Socialism. How can we not understand that?

WE the People, we haven't been we the people for a long time. WE the People meant men in 1776. WE the people meant white man until 1864. WE the people didn't include women until 1920. WE the people didn't include Native Americans until 1923.

But WE the People are to establish justice. So ok, the Justice Party is desirous of that.
WE the People must insure domestic tranquility. Have we had domestic tranquility? Are we at this moment a tranquil nation?

WE the people provide for the common defense, and yet we are offered a police force that acts like military, we argue all day about guns and gun rights, we don't have lawful state militias. That authority has been stripped away a long time ago.

WE the people provide for the general welfare, THAT is Socialism in itself. But the general welfare, it is not for all people then we argue about Obamacare and entitlements. How can we then go against our own Preamble to our Constitution?

WE the people secure the blessings? HOW do we do that? All day long you hear on this site the arguments of Republican corpocracies, Democratic entitlement programs, passing the buck, passing the dollar, gladhanding and stealing money while WE the people don't even read our Preamble.

You may argue and say the Preamble is not the Constitution nor is it law. Oh yes it is, it is why the Constitution was written in the first place. It spells out exactly what the Constitution is giving us as rights.

And in the interest of States' Rights, the states turned themselves over to a Federal union, thereby nullifying their own sovereignty.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt called this country, THIS nation, THIS United States an oligarchy.

Now, to bring about government by oligarchy masquerading as democracy, it is fundamentally essential that practically all authority and control be centralized in our National Government. The individual sovereignty of our States must first be destroyed, except in mere minor matters of legislation. We are safe from the danger of any such departure from the principles on which this country was founded just so long as the individual home rule of the States is scrupulously preserved and fought for whenever it seems in danger.


We are not a Democracy, we became a Socialist oligarchy while WE the people, slept.

And FDR is the reason for Goldman Sachs and the Koch Brothers to take control, and everyone complains about it.

When March 13 arrived, the day after an estimated 60 million Americans had heard President Roosevelt address them on how they had "nothing to fear by fear itself," a large majority of the nearly 19,000 nationally chartered banks opened their doors, providing the basis for issuing payrolls, maintaining government and other necessary social functions. Sufficient confidence had been restored, that the same citizens who had been carrying out runs on the banks, now put more money into the banking system in this period, than they took out.


While FDR had some very good reasons for doing this, the social programs enacted by him led to the current abuses in the system, the Democrats and Republicans quarrel for power of this

The most famous of FDR's measures for relieving the suffering of the poor came in what is called the second phase of the New Deal, in 1935, when he moved with Democratic supporters in Congress to push through both the Social Security Act and unemployment insurance. These measures, which immediately came under attack by the Morgan-led banking interests, eventually survived a challenge on the level of the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled that they were consistent with the general welfare clause of the U.S. Constitution


Until every state retains their own sovereignty and removes themselves from the Federal union, we are now a Socialist oligarchy.

We have no national sovereignty, so what to do now?

Walter Cronkite in all his years as a media mouthpiece for the government, the very same man everyone held to high esteem, says very plainly that we have no national sovereignty.


Today we must develop federal structures on a global level. We need a system of enforceable world law--a democratic federal world government--to deal with world problems.



We cannot defer this responsibility to posterity. Time will not wait. Democracy, civilization itself, is at stake. Within the next few years we must change the basic structure of our global community from the present anarchic system of war and ever more destructive weaponry to a new system governed by a democratic UN federation. I suppose I'm preaching to the choir here. So let's not talk generalities but focus tonight on a few specifics of what the leadership of the World Federalist Movement believe must be done now to advance the rule of world law. For starters, we can draw on the wisdom of the framers of the US Constitution in 1787. The differences among the American states then were as bitter as differences among the nation-states in the world today. In their almost miraculous insight, the founders of our country invented "federalism," a concept that is rooted in the rights of the individual. Our federal system guarantees a maximum of freedom but provides it in a framework of law and justice.


And where was his speech given? In the United Nations.

Don't worry about the Justice Party selling us out, they are merely demanding the same equality and justice in this now Worldwide Federalized government, that has taken over long ago.

If you want a complete reversal then destroy the Preamble, tear up the Constitution and buy us back. Until then, the Justice Party is defending your right to freedom of speech while you wait until the Socialist programs give you a handout. It's that simple, if you reject Socialism then do away with Social Security, Welfare, HUD, and all other social programs that are for We the People, and covered under the General Welfare.

No one is taking your individual rights away from you.
