When is the federal government going to admit LGBT's as a protected class so nonsense like this is forced to stop?

As soon as they admit white straight male Christians as one.

No one is legally discriminating against that demographic though. So it is unnecessary.

AH I see.

so if you discriminant Illegally no issues?

That isn't what I meant. What I meant by legally discriminate is to use the power of the law to write and enforce laws that make it illegal to be that demographic.

Discriminating illegally is already illegal on account of the illegal adjective...

You got suckered here.

This is a typical tactic of the homosexualists.

The attempt to link the civil rights movement with the anti-family movement is by design, but it is fundamentally flawed:

A man cannot change his skin color.

A man CAN change his behavior.

Behaviors are not, and never should be 'protected.' What a ridiculous notion.

but, why is it that they should have to change?? our ancestor's culture?
in some cultures such people were considered special, endowed with more than the rest of us have been given. They were revered, and many became healers for their tribes.

Still clinging to the nonsense sexual orientation is a behavior choice.

Deny Ignorance.

Umm.....religion is a behavior and is "protected". Again, your logic fails.

Yes - PLEASE do this.

A woman is naturally ordered to a man, and a man is naturally ordered to a woman.

Consequently, most women are sexually attracted to men, and most men are sexually attracted to women.

These are givens.

How a man or woman chooses to act based on those attractions IS behavior.

As usual, you jumbled two distinctly different concepts to lend support to your incorrect assumptions.

A man who is sexually attracted to another man is not biologically or socially mandated to act upon that attraction, no matter how much you want it to be so.

This is why it is particularly egregious to equate tolerance for deviant sexual behavior with the civil rights movement.

Who said anyone had to change? If anything, it is the homosexualists who are trying to force society to change.

Homosexuals are free to sodomize each other until the cows come home.

They just don't want people like me to be free to keep them away from my children.

So, you are agreeing sexual orientation is how the body is designed.

You are stating anyone with natural orientation to same sex - - should determine acting on that attraction is Deviant Behavior.

That they should choose not to act on their natural orientation.

Because a man and a woman are naturally ordered towards each other, same-sex attraction is intrinsically disordered, and as such same-sex behavior is intrinsically deviant.

Simply because a man may be sexually aroused by another man, does not automatically dispose him to act on that arousal.

We are not animals, and accordingly, we do not behave like animals (although that concept is generally lost among the current rutting population).

A simple Yes or No.

You agree sexual orientation is how the body is designed. That orientation is not a choice.

Keep them away from your children how? Would you like to the LGBT community segregated from the general population? Should they be disallowed to serve your children food in the school cafeteria or at the local Dairy Queen? Should they be refused teaching jobs in the Public School system? Should LGBT police officers be assigned their duties according to the sexual orientation? Perhaps all LGBT police officers should work VICE, where they'd feel more at home?

Like kids care. Kids care about the basics.

They don't give a crap who their soccer coach or teacher is attracted to. They care if the coach is good and the teacher keeps them interested.

Adults really need to stop forcing their own fears onto kids and using their kids as an excuse.

Again, Annee - you are mixing up 'orientation' and 'order.'

A man is naturally ordered to a woman, and therefore attracted sexually to a woman.

This order is certainly not a choice - no more of a choice than skin color.

NO - - I am not.

The question was direct. Yes or No.

Sure - let's follow your logic.

I am afraid of getting bit by a rattlesnake so I never step over log without being careful.

I should not force that fear onto my children and let them find out for themselves what is on the other side of the log.

Good one*

There is no reason for fear of a person who is sexually orientated to same sex.

Your fear is manufactured in your belief system - - whatever that is.

naturally ordered???

okay I'll bite... nature orders,
men to be attracted to women and vise versa...
unless of course... there is something in nature (either natural or man-made) that causes some to be attracted to the same sex... although some could claim that some of man-made chemicals can cause this, one cannot discount the idea that there is something natural in the environment that causes it also since it's been around for thousands of years. so I guess that it was nature that ordered these people to be the way they are!! weather you use god or nature or whatever term you wish, one would have to say that they must have been "ordered" for a reason!!
and it seems to me that you are saying that the reason is so that they can live a lie and act like something they are not just because some might feel uncomfortable around them!!!

Certainly there is...it is properly called a mental disorder.

They are common across the entire spectrum of society and cause all manner of problems for individuals and for society at large.

Mental disorders can be treated, often with some very real success.

You indicate there must be a 'reason' for this. Maybe, maybe not - I don't know.

I can't explain it any more than I can explain cancer or blindness or childhood leukemia. Perhaps it is simply the human condition, perhaps it is original sin.

Either way, it does not change the facts that a man cannot marry another man, and homosexual acts are deviant behavior that are counterproductive to societal well being.
