I do not know how to insert image from library. If I knew where the library was, I might be able to work out how to upload images from there. Would someone please explain where the library is?

You have to move the images to Gallery #3 from the upload section of ATS.

If you click on an image, you'll get this:



Just click on the cloud to move it to that gallery, and the images will appear in your library.
