Unsmoked, back, thick cut....

My missus likes smoked though, but I think it overpowers the flavour too much.

An over cooked egg has no other place than the bin and I don't like wasting food.

I know fried egg sandwiches as egg banjo's not sure if anyone else understands this.

The vid below show the dreaded sauce but could not find a better one, it should be the egg yolk.

I'm a bit of fence sitter on this - I like both, (no surprise to those that know me).

I prefer back but I also like streaky.....guess I just like my food....especially bacon and Pork Pies!

Most of it, mostly the god awful bits and who can blame it?

It does show up in the South and South West though, but if any of these northerners see it when they're allowed down here, they break into chanting and go home telling their village folk of the fiery sky-demon they saw....
