they all have the same agenda...power over the people, by force if required.

Can you offer any examples of either party using force over the people to push an agenda of absolute power and control?

Forced sterilization and the eugenics movement that lasted decades and began in the U.S.

Which party was responsible for that program?

Both parties. It was primarily led by the states; however, the Supreme Court upheld them via Justice Holmes reasoning. Also, while there was no federal law that allowed such, they did have a program to sterilize Native American women and Nixon provided funding to the states through Medicaid and ran a program to sterlize low income individuals, particularly of color.

There is a lot of information out there but here is a brief and summarized history.

He's a republican in a red state. What did you expect? They talk smaller government but it's all lies as Corker amply demonstrates.

Astonishing....

"We need to quit generalizing" coming from the same people that attack any progressive, liberal, libtard at every opportunity and lable the Democrats as Socialist, Communist etc. That's not generalizing?

It's easy to spot the Rush ditto heads. Why back away from his ideology if you believe it! He's the master of generalization and by parroting back his program and the "Limbaugh Letter" almost word for word; puts you in the same boat.

If you are going to be a Right winger, be consistent for God sakes.

I can't even begin to express how satisfying it is to see such heroic attempts to stir up tedious partisan rancor fail so miserably.

Nicely done, ATS.

Nicely done.

This is why the republican party can not win the presidency anymore.....The house is divided. Many republicans are actually big government progressives. Romney and Romney care come to mind as another dividing point.

Lucky for this progressive his base is made up of fools....Really many vote for religious reasons and just complain about issues that in the big picture mean nothing at all. Progressive ideals have already infected the religious right and as long as you fit into the little box they sell you will continue to get elected.

needs to be ramped up immediately.

I couldn't agree more! In fact 2 or 3 surveillance drones should be flying over every senators house/office and a dozen or so around every government building, streaming live footage 24/7 accessable for all civilians to ensure security from those who REALLY seek to do this great nation harm.

At least one senator gets it.
