S.C. Johnson Billionaire Heir Gets 4 Months Jail, $6K Fine In Child Sex Assault Case

When S.C. Johnson scion Curt Johnson was first charged with repeated sexual assault of a child in 2011, he faced a prison term of up to 40 years if convicted.

On Friday, after three years of pre-trial litigation, the cleaning products heir — worth $3 billion — was sentenced instead to four months in jail and a $6,000 fine.

Johnson entered guilty pleas to two drastically reduced misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct.

Looks like after three years of pre-trial the prosecutor's case just fell apart. Therapist wouldn't release the smoking gun and the girl refuses to testify.

Damn that sucks. The case just fell apart. At least he is getting SOME time out of it. Apparently if the case had gone to trial, he would have walked.

Letting these evil twisted creeps off lightly, or not at all (politicians, government officials etc) ..

Is a crime against these children and dishonest service to humanity.
