The Noahide laws were made to get everyone to follow the war god of the old testament yahweh, the punishment for not following the noahide laws is known to be decapitation. They saw the Ten Commandments are for Jews but these laws are for all the nations.

The form of Christianity which believes in the trinity will be forbidden as idolatry. Homosexuality and sex out of marriage will also be punished (when these laws are enforced). No freedom of religion. Don't people believe the beast will force people to accept him as God or will behead those who know the Truth?

These laws are real and are on a .gov website: Link

yahweh's old testament/torah teachings and the Jesus/Elyon teachings of Gospel are not the same. Different God and personality - A Merciful Father who loves all and wants us to love all, not a jealous war god who demands war, death, and blood sacrifice.

Luke 6:35-36 King James Version (KJV)

35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

Hopefully, more people become aware of what is going on...

At first I thought the .gov page must surely have been made up when I saw it reference 'the Noahide Laws'. Nope, this is no joke. I don't think it makes the 'Noahide Laws' law, but I am surprised it could even be a recognized day of any sort and proclaimed by various presidents to renew it with that wording. Does anyone else know if this can be considered law or is it just symbolic of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson and the Noahide law reference was missed or just points to the rabbi's teachings?

It's not enforced yet although it was signed in 1991 by George Bush. It contradicts The Constitution's Law about Freedom of Religion. Maybe that is the struggle or they are waiting for the right moment.

They received UN recognition on January 8th, 2014; so they are still trying to get these laws signed around the world.

Thank you for responding Reldra, most people don't care because most Christians think it won't apply to them since most Christians already believe yahweh is God; but they are in for a rude awakening once they find out the Trinity is considered as idolatry.

Please examine the text of that document carefully.
It has precisely two effects;
1) It desgnates March 26th 1991 as "Education Day". Presumably this happened and was duly observed.
2) It provides that a certain rabbi celebrating his eighty-ninth birthday on that day will be given an illuminated scroll to celebrate the occasion. Presumably he duly received it.

For some reason, neither of those provisions sends me into a blind panic.
This is scare-mongering over nothing.

Except, now there is a NGO UN group supporting this. Usually groups start off that way and then grow into a political movement.

Keep in mind, these "laws" are nothing new, and they are taking their time to bring them to the goyim/nations.

Many people around the world already believes in yahweh, something like this is possible.

I am not "scare-mongering", I'm just letting people know about this group trying totake away religious freedom so they can be aware (most aren't aware of the noahide laws).

The Old Testament God is the New Testament God's Father.

All of the fire and brimstone from the Old Testament seems to be Jewish culturally related -- as in the writings and stories were influenced by the culture of the people at the time -- who happened to be at war with everyone around them as well as themselves.

The Old Testament is one impression or view of the one creator God, through the eyes and culture of the Jews.

They all claim that they heard it personally from God, but a lot of this scriptural stuff was, in a polite way.. "made up" or added on to a story over time, or even looked back in hindsight with the logical conclusion that "God did it".

It's anyone's guess as to what the One True God is really like.

It is a simple proclamation to :

To designate March 26, 1991, as `Education Day, U.S.A.'.

No where does it authorize the Noahhide laws as law.

Again it states that :

Whereas this will be reflected in an international scroll of honor signed by the President of the United States and other heads of state: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That March 26, 1991, the start of the ninetieth year of Rabbi Menachem Schneerson, leader of the worldwide Lubavitch movement, is designated as `Education Day, U.S.A.'. The President is requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to observe such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.

At least read your own source and understand what it is stating. To recognize a day in March as education day. Try not to twist it into something else that it is not.

The Noahide Commandments do not negate anyone's religious freedoms. The US Constitution has the Noahide Commandment establish Justice in the Preamble. We The People of the United states in order to form a more perfect union ESTABLISH JUSTICE. No Justice, No Constitution.

Noahide laws are no where in The Constitution. If noahide laws are trying to make the worship of any other god but yahweh illegal, then that is going against Freedom of Religion. In fact, the Constitution protects Native Americans beliefs - something which would be illegal if noahide laws were enforced.

When you stated that the YHWH of the Old Testament is a different personality to Jesus in the New Testament, I believe you are mistaken.

In the Revelation of Jesus Christ, Jesus is a warrior who personally defeats and destroys the armies of evil, both human and spiritual. He is described as wearing "a robe dipped in blood".

Even the very tetragrammaton 'name of God' identifies that YHWH is Jesus (the meaning of those letters taken individually is "behold the nail, behold the hand").

As God the Father is the invisible God, He has never been seen by man. Therefore, every appearance of God to men in the scriptures needs to be evaluated to see if it is actually Jesus. After considerable study, I believe that this is the case, but do a little study for yourself.

The aspects of YHWH are aspects of Jesus. He is a more complex character than you have inferred.

NGO UN Group? I guess this can join the some of the other satanic NGO's (see: Share International and Lucis Trust).

Please remember, there is a sect of Judaism that follows the "Babylonian" teachings found in the Talmud, kabbala, and sub-category the Zohar.

These mentioned "Mystery Babylon" teachings fit right in with the rest of the "Mystery Babylon" teachings (especially freemasonry).

I said Gospels, not New Testament. I don't believe in Revelation (as being from God) or the false prophet Paul (who teaches about Jesus being a blood sacrifice for sins instead of just living through Love); and bringing this thread to a debate about Jesus having a connection to yahweh is off topic since this thread is about Noahide Laws stepping on Freedom of Religion. Just because you believe yahweh is God doesn't mean everyone should be forced to (via Noahide Laws).

Yea, Talmud is probably the worse, but they probably got those ideas from Torah/"old" testament:

Deuteronomy 13:6-9

6 If thy brother, the son of thy mother, or thy son, or thy daughter, or the wife of thy bosom, or thy friend, which is as thine own soul, entice thee secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which thou hast not known, thou, nor thy fathers;

7 Namely, of the gods of the people which are round about you, nigh unto thee, or far off from thee, from the one end of the earth even unto the other end of the earth;

8 Thou shalt not consent unto him, nor hearken unto him; neither shall thine eye pity him, neither shalt thou spare, neither shalt thou conceal him:

9 But thou shalt surely kill him; thine hand shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterwards the hand of all the people.

Oh, question. Where is the beheading coming from? The beheading in Revelation?

www.chabad.org...

According to the sages of the Talmud, there are 70 families with 70 paths within the great Family of Man. And each individual has his or her path within a path.

Yet, there is one universal basis for us all. At the dawn of human history, G-d gave man seven rules to follow in order that His world be sustained.

So it is recounted in the Book of Genesis as interpreted by our tradition in the Talmud.

THE 7 LAWS

1
Acknowledge that there is only one G-d who is Infinite and Supreme above all things. Do not replace that Supreme Being with finite idols, be it yourself, or other beings. This command includes such acts as prayer, study and meditation.

2
Respect the Creator. As frustrated and angry as you may be, do not vent it by cursing your Maker.

3
Respect human life. Every human being is an entire world. To save a life is to save that entire world. To destroy a life is to destroy an entire world. To help others live is a corollary of this principle.

4
Respect the institution of marriage. Marriage is a most Divine act. The marriage of a man and a woman is a reflection of the oneness of G-d and His creation. Disloyalty in marriage is an assault on that oneness.

5
Respect the rights and property of others. Be honest in all your business dealings. By relying on G-d rather than on our own conniving, we express our trust in Him as the Provider of Life.

6
Respect G-d's creatures. At first, Man was forbidden to consume meat. After the Great Flood, he was permitted - but with a warning: Do not cause unnecessary suffering to any creature.

7
Maintain justice. Justice is G-d's business, but we are given the charge to lay down necessary laws and enforce them whenever we can. When we right the wrongs of society, we are acting as partners in the act of sustaining the creation.

According to revelation 20:4, they are behead for going against the beast demanding obedience/worship. It's an interesting similarity.

The 7 Noahide laws are a violation of The Constitution which gives Freedom of Religion. The parts about not stealing are already written in The Constitution. No need to adopt a Jewish belief system and force it on everyone (which would be unconstitutional).

I have often wondered about op's source of misconception .

I said Gospels, not New Testament. I don't believe in Revelation or the false prophet Paul;
So with that same pick and choose ,it's not hard to imagine the form of Gnosticism that has it's influence .OP not reading or understanding the source material would also suggest a very selective way of reading .It ,explains their other strange posts for me now .....peace

eta and further to add more confusion they quote from Revelation to help support their post . Yes op it is strange that it has similar scenarios . You should maybe reconsider that they may actually have some very valid points to take into consideration .

I'll clarify. I don't believe Revelation is from God. That doesn't mean it's not a strategy guide to take over the world and kill everyone else. Having people think it's a prophecy from God would be a great way to trick everyone to go along with the script.

Their "point" is to force their religious views as law.
