Ice cold glass of Tyskie in my hand right now.
...really nice lager from Poland for anyone who doesn't already know

I discovered it while in Kracow. Nice isn't it? Not normally a fan of lagers but like that one.

It is the exact same tactic the SNP successfully used over the last couple of decades.
When the SNP get a landslide victory tomorrow a big chunk of the vote will be right wing thinking voters who don't actually support the SNP's socialist policies, they just want independence.
I don't need to agree with everything about UKIP, and I don't, it's a bit like dealing with the devil if it's the only one fighting for an issue you hold important.

I want an end to uncontrolled immigration from the EU, and UKIP is the only party which agrees with me on that fundamental issue.

What? admiring one of the strongest leaders this country has ever had makes you a bellend?

She may have done a lot that people hate her for, but she also did a lot that people respect her for too.

Seriously.... Thatcher???
No wonder you're voting UKIP

Haha!
I love many of the contributions EU nationals have made to our society. Ask for 'cashanka' at your local Polish shop, bit like Scots Haggis with oats and spices, proper lovely! I've made up the phonetic spelling 'cash-anka' as I don't know how to spell it in Polish so just ask.
My social circles also include many friends who are Poles, Czechs, Lithuanians, and Slovaks, and I would want every one of them to be able to stay if we left the EU.

They all know I'm voting UKIP, and some of them are doing the same as they also see the numbers cannot be sustained at present levels.

Europe will always continue to trade with us if we left the EU, that is for sure.

The more people that vote for UKIP, the more chance we have of getting electoral reform. Because people will be in uproar if say 20% of the UK vote for UKIP and get 2 seats and the SNP get 5% of the population vote for them and get 50 odd seats...

I say a vote for UKIP isn't a wasted vote, a vote for UKIP is a vote for change!

Sorry, can't agree. Vote for who you want to vote for, but it's a vote for something I don't agree with. To the best of my knowledge, Farage has never, ever, voted in an EU vote - whether in favour or against the UK interests because he doesn't believe in the EU. That's fine........ can we have his wages back as he clearly has not been working in our interests, more in the interests of his own ego.

For information and balance:
EU Voting Record

On average, based on voting records assembled by the Vote Watch Europe website, I calculate that Ukip’s nine current MEPs have voted in 66.17 per cent of plenary votes in the European Parliament, that is votes in the main chamber, rather than those in committee sessions.

That’s just under two thirds.

Nigel Farage (45.57 per cent) and his deputy Paul Nuttall (44.53 per cent) have by far the worst records.

Other Ukip MEPs range from 50.85 per cent (Trevor Colman) to 90.9 per cent (Stuart Agnew).

Calculating the Ukip figure is complicated as several of those elected MEPs in 2009 have since left the party, while Roger Helmer has defected from the Conservatives, so I have confined my reckoning just to those who are Ukip MEPs right now.

Check the Torygraph link I posted earlier. It states she recieved a 40 page document about a parliamentary paedophile ring who gave drugs to kids while raping them and contains a handwritten letter from Thatcher to the judge investigating the claims strongly advising him not to make any public comment about the case, was clearly aware of it as she was informed he was found with child porn in '78 and was actively involved in the cover up from 78' - 80'.

NOTE: I had no idea the letter existed before looking up the article and had no idea she was that active in the cover up.

I do fully agree with your claims that this would have been unthinkable to the general population at the time, however there's multiple proof that Thatcher, Hague, Child Protection Services and others were made fully aware of the allegations that involved members from all Parties - with the Liberals apparently being the worst offenders.

I am only talking Thatcher, all the others would have been covering their

own backs.

It says she received a 40 page document, doesn't say she read it

Do you honestly think she read every report, paper, file herself? that's

what her cabinet and civil servants are for and to brief her on them, she could

have very well put a note on a file to go to a judge in a high and responsible

position who she trusted saying deal with it no need to make public.(obviously

thinking it something quite straight forward) and as for who was s******* who

in the corridors I don't suppose she cared, they were all of age.

I don't think children would have crossed her mind, don't suppose she even

knew what porn was!! never mind kiddie porn.

Not when Farage has stolen over £3million in expenses from the EU to line his own pockets. If he was interested in stopping waste he'd be attending the votes instead of missing them to try and demonstrate the EU doesn't work.

a reply to: eletheia

Except that she read it, was repeatedly kept up to date, was coached on how to dodge questions then wrote a letter marked 'secret' to the chief investigator about the details of the investigation. All this is available on the telegraph article.

15 and 16 were both under the age of consent for gay people at the time, and the allegations are of rape and abuse, not consensual sex.

Even if she hadn't read it, which is clearly not the case given all the evidence, it'd be a gross failure of parliamentary responsibility that would be an impeachable offence.

Yeah, I personally signed loads of documents 'on behalf of the Secretary of State' who had no idea what I was signing.
If people haven't worked in government then they can easily misunderstand how it actually works.
The senior Civil Service really runs the country, think 'Yes Prime Minister' it is not far from the truth.

That makes a massive difference of course.
I don't know the details and I'm no fan of Thatcher, all the paedo stuff that has gone on over the years makes me assume that it mattered little which political party folk were from in the 70's/80's when they were raping kids.
It is sickening to be honest.

But if I call the link "Linky" and mask it under that (Hyperlink) nobody can see the swear word.

Like this

Linky That I can Call ANYTHING

See the actual link to the NASA website is masked, you don't see it.
It would be the same with the link I tried to post but ATS auto-censor filters it out, even though nobody will see that link or word
