You mean like this?? Where they cut out the heart of a POW. So whos supposed to be enforcing the laws when its the Russians that are doing the atrocities?? This isnt normal behavior this is psychopaths. And just like my previous post its the people in eastern Ukraine that has to live with there brutality.

What's more disturbing is the fact that war crimes are happening and the separatists are keeping records of them. I guess Russia forgot to tell them to not record their atrocities, because that makes it easier to prosecute them for it.

Ah so then all the treaties and deals made with the USSR are not applicable then right? START can go,SO can the deal to not build up NATO around it too. Space weaponsare also fair game. And since they arent Geneva convention observers anymore their troops are classified as Non combatants and Illegal combatants if they are armed. No need for a trial or capture since under the conventions WE can kill them outright.
