North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un has canceled his planned visit to Moscow to attend Russia's World War II anniversary celebrations on May 9, President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said Thursday.
"He will not come. This is related to internal North Korean issues,"
Earlier this year the Kremlin said Kim had agreed to travel to Russia for the celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany, in what had been expected to become Kim's first foreign trip since taking power in 2011.
Russia has invited 68 heads of state and leaders of international organisations, Kim joined a long list of the planned no-shows including U.S. President Barack Obama and the leaders of France and Britain.

What possible internal issues prevent Kim to make a trip to the only country that would receive him? perhaps nothing related to internal NoKo issues and more with internal Kim issues, a heart problem preventing him to catch a flight?
