what happened to the live chat

Its been quite sometime since I have been here at ATS and noticed that there is no chat room...can anyone explain why?

another branch of conspiracy place from ATS also recently got vanished as well, it was due to chat room hackers I wonder if this is the case here???how long has the chat been down here???

I believe you must have been posting at the same time I posted my reply. I have seen several other sites that seem to be encountering the same exact issues as ATS has recently. Within the same week, these sites lost their funding generated through ads, and either had to change chat services such as switching to shoutbox or lost chat all together.

The other sites weren't exactly conspiracy sites. They dealt with less than main stream topics to be as general as possible.
