U2U problem

Having a nasty problem with my U2u's at the moment and it's buggin the hell out of me!!!!

I had to start this as a new topic as it won't let me send anything or let me access them!
(funnily enough i just deleted a lot of them!)

Help?????

Any insite or is it just my computer being a pain in the ar$e again?

Can you better describe what is happening?

What happens when you click on the "U2U" link in the tool bar?

I click on the link and it takes me to my u2u's!

It says that i have 1 new u2u but when the screen comes up it's all the ones i have read?

I've deleted most of the old ones and have even rebooted the computer twice, but it still says i have a new u2u?????

I can send u2u's now...but thats it!

This is annoying the hell out of me.....tried opening the u2u file and got kicked off-line!

William, any suggestions?

I am guessing that you are probably using a Windows machine with internet explorer?? If you are at the top of the browser click tools, scroll down to internet options, click delete cookies, delete files, delete all offline files, and clear history, restart IE and see if that helps.

Everything else appears to be functioning normally on this end.

I've had this problem.I think.

A few weeks ago it came up that I had 1 U2U.
When I looked I had read them all.
This really bugged me and I didn't know what to do.
So I reread all the U2U's in my inbox.
And it turned out that there was 1 I hadn't read or I thought I'd read it.
The not read was displayed as read.
So try reading all your U2U's unless yopu've deleted them all already.In that case I don't know.
