I was there when the installation was being built. I have no idea what the cover story is now (Hostess twinkie factory). An M16 is fully auto; an AR-15 is semi-auto, it has a selector switch you can see from 3 feet away. These were M16's; no selector switch. Civilian guards; I have no idea as they did not identify themselves, protecting intellectual property? I don't know. Have you discovered what its purpose is; a business plan one can perhaps invest in?

Your story is gaining some holes...the difference between an AR-15 and an M-16 is the selector switch, you are sort of correct there. However, the difference is an additional position on that switch. I presume you were never in the military...

Then they were probably jerking your chicken; and were civilians with little to no authority, carrying AR-15's...A military person would have left absolutely no doubt what / who you were dealing with.

The purpose was pretty much what has been stated all along, some of those "methods" has "side effects", and of course those were employed to learn more...the whole problem with HAARP has always been its application...and when that application is not listed in its original "paper", only speculation is left.

However, many of the "side effects" attributed to HAAR are indeed real, from the weather modification, to the production of Earthquake...most of those side effects were discovered by accident. Some not by HAARP...

No holes at all. Your presumptions are totally wrong. There is no 'sort of correct' here.

Leave it to speculation. I see this as a weapon potentially being used against earth is all; (ultimately all inhabitants of the planet) and we will not benefit by any stretch of the imagination. You are saying no one has the right to ask "Just what are you doing with my tax dollars?".

It wasn't "instantly".

The huge number of earthquakes are caused by FRACKING, not LHC.

Question babyb. After the BP spill in the gulf of Mexico; there was a moratorium put on oil leases for 2 years. That was lifted; and there are now 3500 drilling platforms operating in the gulf (some each have the ability to drill 20 holes apeice). Take a line and draw these punctures into the earth; from 3 miles to 60 miles out from the coastline drilling 10,000 feet deep from Texas to Mississippi. Would those punctures have an effect to cause a defect in the ocean floor? Add to it removing pockets of oil; potentially collapsing that floor? Fracking is nothing compared to this.

Actually oil drilling (supposedly) has little to no effect on crustal movement & oil does not actually act like any kind of lubricant to prevent EQs.

Fracking I have no idea but I doubt it's helping.

Indeed...well then you know better about the differences between an M-16 and an AR-15.

"Weapon" is a side effect.

No...you are seriously wrong; I'm not saying anything thing remotely like that. What I'm saying is that HAARP was a research tool, it had some unique abilities that few, if any, had any idea of before they were discovered. I suppose some of the atmospheric heating hypotheses were a precursor, and, I know that the creation of Earthquake was already known. But, even with that, it was a research tool. And, there is no evidence that it was ever used as a weapon. (You need to understand; I'm not saying it was never used as a weapon, I'm saying there is no evidence.)

As far as Man benefiting from that line of research, the reality is that Man will gain benefit from that research. Much data has been collected that can be applied t weather engineering. Course, I suppose the elimination of drought is not much of a benefit...

Fracking has a relatively well documented effect on local earthquake frequency, and there is a relatively well established connection. What you are referring to does not enjoy any of that. There is a bet little documentation, and no connection is hypothesized...yet.

I don't know if what they are doing is going to cause ay issues, I do know that the collapse of an oil reservoir is not likely to happen, and, I'd be willing to bet that IF we looked into the history of such things we would find that sort of thing rare.

The Fracking issue on the other hand is a known serious issue. There are cities here in North Texas that have banned Fracking, and shut down Fracking operations in the process. All because of the dramatic increase of rather small earthquakes...magnitudes 3 - 4
