There’s a martian hiding in this latest NASA photo, apparently

I'm glad police detectives don't think the same way we frequently do on ATS. They'd never solve any crimes.

What a rock with a view!

How come he only cut himself out an oddly shaped 'window' looking out on to the surface of an otherwise barren landscape? Do aliens find dusty, boring planetoids that interesting they have to burrow out tiny windows to view the sand?

If he managed to make a wonky window how come he never put himself up a nice weapon rack? He just left them on the floor? Clearly a teenage alien sent to his room.

well I have seen rocks that look like tanks in mars photos, evidently, so why not have bunkers.

i mean its mars right, technology to get there and what, hey lets build a bunker in the middle of the desert for some reason.

What do Martians eat?

I am guessing the answer is rocks.

Anyone found the location of the said 'window"?

His image's "window", of course due to editing, is more defined and sharpened unlike the images below:

Is this the location of the claimed window which located in the top left corner:

The False color image. vs the original image.
Thoughts?

This section? Looks interesting but too far and blurred to tell anything for sure.

One thing you have to understand about the Martian/Tyrran community:

While they are very proficient at war (look at what happened to the surface after the last big one long ago, sheesh!) they are also highly intelligent and are probably just watching the rovers and wondering what our intentions are. PSTD is still pretty high alert on that red planet. Bad times back then.

What I would give to be a martian fly on the wall at their pow-wows.

That said, I cannot confirm or deny the validity of this image.

Looks more like a mall kiosk to me.

Makes me wonder if male Martians hate shopping too.

Yes, that's it. It's pretty blurry making it just seem like an indentation(smaller crater?) of sorts on a slanted part of the crater wall.

Try the high res version.

(Looks like a small impact crater)

The small impact crater visible in the distance on the slopes of the far rim is about 740 feet (about 225 meters) in diameter and is 13 miles (21 kilometers) away.
