This is a conspiracy site full of people who don't trust the government. One party runs on a platform of not trusting the government. That's why the correlation is so high.

Bill O’Reilly Says Only The Wealthy Are Suffering, ‘Things Not So Bad’ For Poor

Yeah right ...

I'm always baffled by the unashamed lies from some republicans about Obama. Feels like a desperate position. On the other hand it's a known fact that lying about your oponent is a very easy (yet unethical) strategy in politics. You just have to spread a lie and it's your opponent who has to do all the work to prove it wrong. In the end the harm is already done because your supporters will not really read the response from the one you attack proving it was all lies.

Like that time when Romney was saying Obama was causing the outsourcing of American jobs when it was actually his company (Bain capital) doing it by investing heavily in company outsourcing American jobs (because it assures highers margins).

That was really a bold lie and Romney seemed like he did not care at all about the irony of it. Probably because he knows the average American never cross-checks what is claimed during campaigns.

lol, those dudes don't vote for anybody, they just sit back and watch the chaos of the flawed two party system unfold. Then just cope the $20 fine, if there residing in a country where voting is compulsory.

Well, that's what I'm told anyway.

There are, and will always be things money can't buy.
I actually find that the paradox is reaching its climax when you consider that, for most Americans, the right is supposed to represent Christian values ... of selfishness.

Some US evangelical movements have a very, errr, personal understanding of Christian values

Prosperity theology

It's mainly a way to validate these televangelist scammers who are anything but Christians. As well as an extreme evolution of Calvanism which believes in predestination (thus if you are rich you deserved it).

I have to agree with the OP. Although much tends to be from the "Libertarian" view as others opined, I constantly read the retreads of popular NEO-CON slogans of yesteryear. If I'm correct, you may have read on ATS a lot of re-regurgitated material that is word by word platitudes of a bye-gone era. It's like many have NOT realized much of the key-words and slogans from FOX News, shady politicians and radio pundits of recent decades by NEO-CON's is the hyperbole of crafty socio-engineers that brought us to this point of the "New World Order." You will see it in many areas such as;

1: Eliminating Govt. Regulations. The loss of such means anti-consumer policies and the need of small print and total understanding of anything you agree too upon participation. i.e., Terns of Service etc. Ultimately you need to have your attorney on speed dial anytime you wish to purchase. NOTE: The customer is always "wrong" when complaints arise.

2: Trickle Down Economy. Allowing the Elite and Corp. interests to gain with obscene tax credits and profits does not translate to an "elevation" of living standards of the average citizen. SEE: American Free Trade Policies.

3: Free Trade. NEO-CON's will blame everything on the poor or working poor as well as much of the middle class for unemployment. However, the reality is Govt. tax incentives to industries to move off-shore has left Americans to hold the bag while the Elite builds "New World Order" markets and infrastructure. Both Party's are involved in closed door negotiations with other countries at our expense.

4: Get Tough on Crime. Is always the cure for street crime... NOT. Yet we have more prisons and prisoners than any other Industrial county. While poor go to prison, the rich do not. The disparity of the two is shocking when we see Wall St. gangsters never do the perp-walk. If anything, they receive bailouts, bonuses and appointments to Federal high ranking jobs. Yet when poor black, brown or "white trash" (if your annual income is under $25,000) and unarmed, Police often shoot to kill rather than use other "tools" i.e., Tasors, Pepper Spray or Billy Clubs to affect an arrest. Using alternative methods seem to be too much effort and they want to go home safe to their families. Everyone else who share the same objective often don't get that consideration. Past discussions of the issue with NEO-CON friends and relatives often shows their lack of concern for others.

5: Hate of Whistle-blowers. Often label WBs as traitors. Rarely sees Govt.Intrusions as unlawful unless such Intrusions effect them personally. Most of the hate speech concerning Mr. Snowden is from TV conservative pundits and NEO-CON politicians in power who obviously has no problem with the Police State. Although some Liberal politicians do same, the vast majority of conservatives seems more vocal than others.

Whew! Although the list could go much further, I'm getting tired. The point is we have heard "ALL" of their platitudes over the years so when you think you smell a hint of conservative rancor in the air, remember your instincts are on par and your senses are keen to the slight odor around you. Most can't help it. The Brain-Washing taken it's toll. To the others who are waking up from their comas, remember they know the degree of their damage but are in too deep with the years of hate and intolerance towards anyone they come across to say...wow...I am so so so sorry! We got way too big problems in the system and "we" need to fix this! Their egos will get in the way to constructive actions and they will ride it out regardless of the threat to National Security. But, like you, I can smell em up wind.

Try thinking independently instead of this left/right us against them b.s. I think people here(not all but a lot) think with common sense and just as they see the far right as dangerous they see the far left progressives much the same. This politically correct world where unless you`re white it`s not your fault, and where nobody is held accountable and like on face book there`s 60 different gender identities to aptly describe yourself. Society is turning into a bunch of flakes and the glue that holds societies together is unraveling.
I pray it doesn`t happen but if the grid goes down we`ll see which values survive, left or right.

I've only been involved with conspiracy things since bush was pres, but in my experience there were a lot more liberals back then and a lot few conservatives... yet overall, the conspiracy community seems to always retain a right leaning bias. The conservatives seemed almost palpable uncomfortable with how many libs were among them too.

At least in my experience, it seems like when a terrible republican is in office, the right grumbles and the left screams.

When a terrible democrat is in office, the left doesn't even grumble, but the right screams bloody bat# #ing murder.

Part of me wonders if the right being so incredibly loud during these periods is a coping mechanism to compensate for the left being almost entirely quiet.

I consider myself more conservative than most liberals, but incredibly liberal on social issues, so this might be my own bias showing up.

Yea, but the rights crappy president equals 2 wars we were lied to about and the biggest recession since the Great Recession... While a crappy democrat was a bunch of fake scandals like Benghazi and the irs... So who should be grumbling????

Right wing? What are you smoking?! I will admit there is some right wing material on here, but it is generally FAR more liberal than I could ever personally condone.

"Too liberal for him to condone".... How very conservative... You don't even have the right to be liberal... They won't "condone" it.....

Exactly like the anti communist propaganda from the 50s....

I don't believe in Religion's and political parties are like religious dogma's on steroids, so I have strayed from all the madness.

I don't believe the Constitution is negotiable.

I find the attacks on the Constitution disgusting no matter who does it.

Whether its liberal dbags attacking my right to arms or conservative dbags attacking my 4th amendment rights.

What is even more worrisome is when these two political philosophies get together and agree on stuff.

I support the idea of End Times World Changes to which
Warming is only one part of it.
