I said nothing about dinner.

Drinks yes. Dinner, only if "I" get to cook it.

Especially if they take direction. I do not miss the restaurant business.

LOL!!!

I believe you have be alittle crazy to be in the restaurant business.
My Husband (ex) was pro trained as a sous chef, and worked for Hyatt for many years.
I am self taught.

WIS is also a Trained Chef.

Between the four of us, we could put out a spread that the shed has never seen the likes of.

Then you would probably love my sourdough pizza crust when I make homemade pizza.

Martin, I love a good sourdough.

That is one of my goals, to show the folks in the Northwoods, what good bread tastes like.

You have no idea how much I would love to put that to the test. Seeing as I am currently eating over 3000 calories to maintain my weight, I eat everything!!!! But it has made me pickier. I think where I have to eat so much now it has to be really good for me to enjoy it.

I didn't realize we were all pro's in here. I did my turn at the FCI and then had two restaurants for 13 years. Being next to New York City I met some of the big names over the years and got to visit their kitchens and exchange recipes.

I still use my friend's Bolognese sauce recipe he gave me many years ago and appeared in one of his cookbooks a few years after he shared it with me.

Hello Syx and Kat and Bird and Skid and...

I'm in The Northeast Mason. Rhode Island. You are a fellow New Englander.

Hope everyone's day is going well.

Made some lite kielbasa with pineapples, cherries, apricot preserves and a touch of brown sugar and some wild rice on the side. Haven't had lunch yet and I really should be sorting through my craft supplies. I keep saying I'm going to and it never gets done. Too much stuff! Good stuff though. Be back in a while.

You wound me. That would mean I need to turn in my Yankee tickets and root for the Sawx. Not gonna happen.
